According to my 102 year old Grand Mother, Marcelito and his voice are a gift from God. He is singing in two styles, Opera and Pop, in two languages, not his own, English and Italian, Very good Italian. And he's SITTING DOWN. AND he is completely self taught. No fancy schools, just his own talent. Pentatonic are all trained. He also sings in Spanish,(despacito), French, German, Japanese and Chinese.

He is a very humble fun loving human being. Was abandoned by his mother at a very you g age and his father was in jail. He raised himself on the streets and when he was scared he would sing. Marcelito calls this his signature song because he went from the streets and entered Philippines got talent and won singing this song, he says it changed his life, as you can imagine. He can sing in many different voices and languages, languages that are not his own but he can listen to a song and learn the words in the language they are sung. French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese, he doesn't speak a lot of English but is able to sing in English easily. I'm so glad you reacted to him and will be waiting for more, he is so special.

I did see him twice live in the USA, once in February and the other in April 2022, I love Marcelito so much -- he is so talented and a wonderful human, funny too and connects with you individually, there is no one quite like this man. His wife is lovely, too!! I am patiently waiting to see him again!!

Marcelito was born with the ability to sing in soprano, tenor and baritone ranges. He's also singing in both English and Italian...neither one is his native language. And singing with such feeling all while sitting down. So glad you enjoyed him.

Agree w/ you! He was abandoned at the age of 7 & sang when he was afraid & lonely😭 He survived by cleaning chicken pens(?), for $1! He realized at age 18 that he could sing in the female voice also. He credits his talent to God, as he has had NO vocal coaching of any kind. The Prayer was literally his prayer to God as a child. He sang on Tv contest in hopes of finding his family (that they would see him…)! Not only does he sing in the male & female voices, but also in English & Italian ( neither of which are his native language). He can sing in 6 languages languages in all; Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, English & Filipino! He sings in 2 different styles also, pop & classical & changes tone & pitch quickly & flawlessly, all while sitting down! Incredible talent, gorgeous voice(S) & a beautiful soul! 💟 The gesture at the end was in response to the technician saying he must have a female inside of him and Marcelito was jokingly ‘coughing’ her out!😅

I LOVE everyone's first 10 seconds... it's almost always the same.. "WHAT!?!" and "I was NOT expecting that!"... LOL ... I've watched 100+ reactions and everyone is blown away... Your reaction was AWESOME, so AUTHENTIC and one of the BEST I've ever seen... thank you.
