Marcelito is self taught he grew up on the streets as a child he does not speak english or italian his main language is filipino( tagalog) he is awesome

Hi Nick. Great reaction to the unexpected shock of a one person duet. It got to me too. Morissette and Marcelito are old friends and colleagues from early in their careers so it makes sense that you found them close together. She was actually a bridesmaid at his wedding in 2014. Yes Marcelito does this all the time. He doés a great Michael Jackson too for example. Handy to have around if you need a person for a duet. Either part high or low 🙂. Morissette and Marcelito did a duet of Secret Love Song for the Wish 2nd annual awards that you must listen to. Marcelito had a very poor early life and lived basically orphaned and sleeping on the streets from the age of 7 doing odd jobs to survive like setting up the pins in a bowling alley. He was working in construction at the age of 25 when he won Filipinos Got Talent in 2011. He was also on America's Got Talent the Champions edition just before the pandemic and ended as the highest of the singers just over Angelina Jordan. Usually people recommend one of the songs from that competition to start with Beauty and the Beast is a good one but definitely the duet of Secret Live Song with Morissette you should hear.
