Song is called ‘Eight,’ in which he is also a feat. He produced the ‘Over The Horizon’ ringtone for Samsung in 2021 and 2022. He produced for PSY a song called ‘That That.’ He is also feat. Those are just a few. The man is versatile . That’s why I love him.

The sample at the beginning was James Brown's '' It's a mans mans mans world' This 'aggression' is what you got if you looked down on our rapline back in the beginning because they chose the Idol route instead of sticking with underground hiphop.... RM and Yoongi said they could do it... the underground rappers (who were friends of them at the time by the way) said it wasn't possible and that they were selling out... well... they put a fullstop on that now didn't they ? Hahahaha.... none of those guys who dissed them back in the day are well known other than for being the ones who said it ..... They did their solo tracks and cyphers as part of the BTS concerts too....

There's an interesting concept I always share because I loved it first time I saw it. RM raps with his mind. Suga raps with his soul. JHope raps with his body. It's so true!!! RM is letting his mental genius out with genius lyrics. Suga, I we had these discussions about his depression and anxiety issues he went through is just spitting out his soul!! And JHope is all about the dancing and his rap is always attuned to that! Anyways! Great reaction! I love this song! I am ALWAYS turned on by his tongue technology 🤣🤣

AGUST D - spelled backwards is born in Daegu (Town) and SUGA!!! This is his alter ego, a dual role he plays in 2 of his 3 songs of a trilogy of songs! First is Daechwita, which is a traditional military style of song played upon a king's arrival. He composed and produced a contemporary version of a daechwita played throughout the song! He plays dual roles both with identical scars, a tyrant mad king and a young upstart! This is a heavy diss track! This is a mini movie, as it tells the story of his competing selves! The second in the trilogy is Haegeum. There's 2 meanings both relevant to this song. First, it is a Korean musical instrument, which Suga incorporates into a slower daechwita for this track. Haegeum is the lifting of a ban on something forbidden. He plays a corrupt detective, with a scar, and a street thug. So he's making a socio-cultural, economic statement about wealth and freedoms! The third in the trilogy is Amygdala, which is about all his real life traumas he faced and has struggled to overcome. The amygdala is the almond shaped part of the brain that deals with trauma and helps to control fears and emotions. Suga has been vocal about his anxiety, depression and OCD and that he shares his traumas in his life in this beautifully tragic story shows how much he trusts Army and understands others' pain.

Agust D did a Concert Tour and it was amazing! I got to see him in Chicago and "Agust D" live was something else, army was so loud singing along for that song. Still haven't gotten to see BTS concert yet I was suppose to go for Map of the Soul Tour in Atlanta but the tour was canceled from the pandemic. I told my self if anyone of them did a solo concert near me I'd go but he wasn't coming anywhere near me lol and I decided screw it I'm flying to Chicago to see him, never been on a plane before either I've barely ever get to travel (usually don't get enough vacation days to do anything really lol) but I thought it might be my only chance so I took it, just wish I'd had enough time off to do both nights there.

The next in the AgustD trilogy is “Daechwita” which goes just as hard, just keep in mind if/when you get to the third part “Amygdala” is heavy and trigger warning

There are some sayings to define the rapline. I love all but my favorite is: Suga says you're a sh*t, RM explains you why you're a sh*t, and J-Hope tells you that's ok if you're a sh*t 😂😂 Suga is not just aggressive 😅 he's savage! I think they mean beat wise and that he went pedal to the metal the whole time with the track like a cypher with no chorus in "Joke" just straight rapping. "Agust D" has a chorus part and third verse even feels like a bridge almost, the production is also very full sounding with lots of instrumental layering. But yes RM uses tons of wordplay it's very multi-layered not that Suga doesn't do that of course just RM does so more often. There is a couple different sayings floating around here about their different rap styles but I will say despite most of the ones I've read feel very true the guys then switch it up doing something completely different as time goes on, we never know what they are gonna try next. They just keep added new tools to their arsenal and progressing to do more but they also don't forget their roots either they just fold the new stuff into the mix.

As far as I remember this song was made because SUGA and RM were on a radio show with other rappers { this was the start of their career } and they were taking the piss out of their stage names RAP MONSTER and SUGA, the other rapper were saying our guys weren't true rappers because when they go on stage they get make up on, As a result SUGA and RM told them a few home truths in their raps, you can watch the incident on youtube, I don't know the proper name of the video but just put in { radio host and other rappers put down RM and SUGA } am sure the right video will come up. AGUST D is SUGA's dark side where if he's pissed at something AGUST D is the one who'll tell you about it.

The thing was too they were there on the show as guests representing BTS and promoting their first album "2 Cool 4 School" Bang Pd lined up the interview, they got blindsided by the disrespect. They didn't just feel personally attacked but for BTS as a group as well, I think that pissed Namjoon & Yoongi off even more then just coming at them alone but while they were there representing the group. I've always said Yoongi is usually like a very chill laid back house cat but mess with him or especially his brothers and he lets the tiger out lol.
