Of course the more you tell women they can't do something the more they want to do it. We told them they couldn't fight in the Army, they wanted to do it, We told them they couldn't rescue people from burning buildings, they wanted to do it, We told them they couldn't pee standing up, they wanted to do it. The result of all this is wet shoes.

You could just say 'London'. Most people know where it is.

The stereotype of men living dirty is because men don't change things unnecessarily. A man will have the same decorations and furniture for 20 years no problem, women freak out if things around them aren't fundamentally changed at least twice a year - at great expense. Not forgetting of course a woman's need to change themselves, and anyone around them too... The consistency is change and a lack of continuity.
