As someone on the spectrum. Please laugh at us. Not for being on the spectrum itself, but if we do something funny or stupid then by all means please laugh at us. Not laughing at us is just not treating us like you would regular people and thus continuing the stigma of us "having to be protected" or shit like that.

Sometimes people on the spectrum just need a heads up. They don't need to be coddled, or ridiculed, just tell them what they'll doing and they'll adjust themselves accordingly.

As someone also on the ASD spectrum, the raw delivery of “Who’s Vince” was so quick and honest I absolutely love it

I felt so bad for the smash con organizers as that confetti went off but immediately thought "oh they don't know but this tournament is smash history forever now"

Whoever set off the confetti when Maister took that game as Sora deserves a raise I was at Smash Con and when we realized it was going to be Steve vs Game and Watch in Grands we all were about to leave until we heard Sora get picked and only stayed to see if he'd take a game Once Maister took the game, we all fucking dipped from the venue

The SSC Maister Onin confetti disaster is one of my favorite smash stories. Just the story line of confetti at SSC in general is hilarious. I type this story up everytime I see the clip so here it goes again. Mango wins SSC 2017 no confetti, Armada wins SSC 2018 and gets confetti while mango is on the mic, Mango says "I didn't get confetti WTF" Mango then wins in 2022 and there is no confetti, mango even says "I won and still didn't get confetti" then Ultimate happens and they used mangos confetti for maister taking a single game. I was crying laughing when I saw it happen. I dont watch ultimate very often but I really love SSC and I like maister so I figured I would watch that set.

I'm from the same Era. I'm not saying he wouldn't do it all again I'm saying it's hyperbole. Mans has a whole family he is taking care of. You don't just trade all that for a chance to play melee in the back of a 7/11 for 25 dollars. That's foolish. I respect the passion and love for the game and yes if Nintendo did really try to shut everything down they can't cuz people will always find a way to play.
