The best way to describe naruto is, it will make you hate the characters with a passion... only to then make you fall in love for them. seriously, no anime, hell, no fiction managed to make so many memorable characters that went from hated to fan favorites. if you watched game of thrones before, its basically like if half the cast was made of jaime lanisters.

The animation is a huge jump from what we've had. Don't get me wrong, the old style is still great, but I would literally 💩 a brick if we got a complete revamp

Like 90% of the important plot can be described as... Two orphans take different paths, one in pursuit of friendship and the other revenge.

The highs of this show are so unbelievably good, no other anime of the hundreds I've watched have made me feel so much, (I mean here I am years later still watching reaction videos), but it's tough to recommend now because it's weighed down by its filler and pace. It was easy when we were watching it as it released every week over the years but very few people these days are going to watch ~500 episodes of anything You can watch it with a filler guide to skip to the parts that matter, but you still have to deal with filler flashbacks and stuff. And a lot of great parts didn't get the budget they deserved. But still, a fully refreshed Naruto like this, cutting out all the filler and keeping a reasonable pace like what Brotherhood did for Fullmetal Alchemist would shake the anime world to its core. I'm always hoping for that to eventually happen

Yes, Naruto desperately needs a remake. Although I don't think the highs will ever be as good as the original animation of Rock Lee vs Gaara, or Sasuke vs Orochimaru for example, but overall it would be a much better show.

The original Naruto aired in 2002 and ended in 2007 so yeah this a substantial upgrade to the OG Naruto series before the second part Shippuden.

its hard to pick 1 favorite opening, there are so many amazing ones, rocks is a classic, haruka kanata exploded in popularity when it came out, i really love the 3rd one due to the imagery, fighting dreamers is fighting dreamers, and then there's seishun which is also amazing. if anything i wasnt a big fan of the shippuden's openings, but i know im in the minority.

The blue bird song was popularized by tik tok, before that youtube popularized flow - sign, they are both good. We are fighting dreamers remains for me exactly the song that shows the whole mood of the first season and the maturation of the character. About the updated graphics - the biggest misgiving of Naruto fans who do not like Boruto. This looks unpleasant to the eye. The only thing that "improved" was more blood and glitter lol. Shown moments in the original show look better in 95%. Thank you for your reaction.

16th opening is the best one but personally im in love 9th one, I associate it with some of the best times of shippuden, even better than the 3rd ninja war or the final fight between naruto and sasuke, I recommend with all my heart watching naruto and naruto shippuden my first anime in my life and the best time of my life spent. (both 16th and 9th op from shippuden)

Massive spoilers ! ! if your gonna watch the show dont read 1) (og naruto) Og naruto i about a whole lot of stuff Like a chunin exam Training And that type of stuff 2) (between og naruto and shippuden) Its 3 years(between them) and between those 3 years naruto trained to beat sasuke (sasuke became a villain and he wanted to save him) 3) (shippuden begins) But when he first saw sasuke he saw that sasuke was a lot stronger (Btw that monster is the nine tails there are tailed beast 1 trough 9 and they are all in people) So naruto gottrained by the 8 tailed jinchuriki (Jinchiriki is the name for people with a beast inside them) And then Naruto became friends with kurama (The name of the 9 tails) So he unlocked kcm1 and later kcm2 (Thats when naruto was glowing as you saw) Naruto then tried to defeat the masked man (its war btw) And sasuke comes up helping him (Naruto was chocked ofc but sasuke was still bad) They where struglin fighting against kaguya (You will see who that is) So her son tries to help naruto and sasuke to defeat kaguya (His mother) Sasuke got rinnegan(power from him) And Naruto got kcm3(power from him) They defeat kaguya But sasuke became very bad and took his chance So Naruto and sasuke got in there biggest fight After that sasuke becomes good (Both lose 1 arm as you saw) And than boruto begins
