An episode that blew our minds and made history for Boruto series, a thrilling, nostalgic and kung-fu style shinobi fighting scenes, along with movie quality of production and animation. I particularly loved Naruto and Boruto making their "father and son" rasengan together, brought back so many good memories and people who changed Naruto's life, like Jiraiya, Minato & Kushina, Neji, etc. It's like Boruto just finished the whole OG and Shippuden in seconds and inherited their dreams.

14:10 Fun fact: the anime handle the scene between Momoshiki and Boruto differently than how it was handle in the manga. In the manga after Boruto killed him, Momoshiki's spirit appeared and stopped time so he can talk to Boruto giving him the warning "your blues eyes will take everything away from you". Sasuke was able to see what was happening with his Rinnegan to a certain extent when he was frozen. This is the moment Boruto truly takes off!

When Boruto said "it's so heavy" holding the massive rasengan with tears in his eyes, I flashed back to kakashi carrying Naruto after the pain rinne rebirth. He said "he's gotten heavier"...hearing Boruto say something similar gave me chills

‘He’s not a demon, he’s a cute little fox’…..that was hilarious! Boruto building the giant rasengan with Naruto, Jiraiya, Kushina, Minato, Neji, Hinata and Sasuke was a beautiful moment.

Because the anime is adapting the manga and in the manga, he just changed the chakra nature of the rasengan, that's the only explanation.

I just wish I can mod on KZread for you, Suzy. Some of these guys just don’t stop spoiling, foreshadowing and telling you which episode to watch.

A lot of people miss this but yes he did. Remember Hagaromo gave him all chakra natures in the war so technically he can use water and the others too even if he still kind of stays a rasengan spammer.

I respect your Boruto viewing experience so much, i watch fillers too simply because i enjoy the series.

Ngl but sasuke is on the same level of Naruto . His chakra reserves are low but his iq and knowledge made him so much better . I also thought that Naruto is way stronger than sasuke until I saw ep 204 that just changed my mind

Momoshiki telling Boruto "You've strongly inherited the powers of the Otsutsuki" stems from both Naruto and Hinata being Descendants of Kaguya's children. Naruto, a descendant of Hagoromo, and Hinata is a descendant of Hamura. Both himawari and boruto should technically possess chakra similar to Kaguya's

Boruto as Anime has a lot of problems but mostly it's "watchable". Either you question it's quality or not this episode kind of parallel the episode from Dragon Ball Z when Gohan beat up Cell. It's not the same epicness level and wasn't even close to what feelings we had when we watched that episode of DBZ but you can clearly see an inspiration from that episode and from that anime overall. Father and Son Rasenga and also Father and Son Kamehameha. This episode is just pure fan-service and i wish Boruto had more of them.... anyway there are still some impressive episodes coming (in therms of animation but in story as well) so prepare suzy! Enjoy! :)

Kinshiki is his guardian not father, the novels are pretty clear on that front. He lives to protect and serve Momoshiki but he is not in anyway a parent to him.
