Adore your reactions to the phenom that is Angelina. From the little snippet you sang at the beginning, you have a lovely voice. I gently nudge you to get professional help to deal with your performance anxiety. It’s clear that it bothers you a lot and I think you would find it such of an accomplishment to sing your heart out to a gathering of family and friends, especially your mother.

Samantha, she has sung this classic jazz tune several times over the years and there are videos on KZread. It's always interesting to see the progression. She does one in a rehearsal which is absolutely hilarious and completely shows Angelina's real personality and humor. This performance is stellar as well and reflects her growing maturity. We don't know what her schedule is for coming concerts. The story hasn't changed that her family is protecting her and will not allow her to be promoted until they give the word, probably when she graduates School. She's working on a new album and until that album is ready and they have the okay from the family, that will not be promoted and she will not tour. That's the conventional wisdom at this point anyway. Thanks for all.

@@geirstianaaslund7141 thanks for the input. Sometimes it's hard to categorize a particular song. I don't think it's pop and I don't think it's country and certainly not R&b or hip hop. I put it into the jazz category although not a typical jazz song. I suppose you could just call it a classic. 😉

My wife and were able the attend July 7th and 10th concerts. Even though most of the songs at each concert were the same, she never sings them exactly the same each time. That is due to the fact she signs what she is feeling at the time. The videos from the concerts are great but unfortunately don’t capture just how amazing she sounded. Just one fun fact, The July 10th concert she sang 18 songs, no intermission, the last song she sang was I have nothing, and it was beautiful. Love you reactions

Hi Sam,I feel what I always feel since 2014,blessed to be witness to the artistic development of this incredible young lady.

I can’t wait to see her performing live and be blown to pieces from short range :-) She and the band indeed sound amazing, it’s …. crazy! She sound lives incredibly well! Angelina was always relaxed and enjoying herself on stage. In interviews she said she is in a special happy place when performing and that the audience gives her energy. I’m a lot like you and not feeling relaxed on stage. I sang in choirs because that’s a little anonymous. Off late, I’ve been going to a Karaoke club close by. In that club you sing with friends in a private booth and the booth has terrible accoustics. So what that does: you do not need to sing in front of a bunch of strangers, due to echo-ing if bad singing is not really noticed and you get to sing more often :-) If you are not interested in this, just keep enjoying yourself singing at home!

Such a wonderful reaction Samantha. Angelina has performed this quite a few times and actually with this same band (except for drummer). She has done many of her covers going back a few years with the same guys and yes, excellent musicians. Cheers Samantha, stay well.

This song is Iconic. Few have done justice to the original. The first time Angelina did a cover of this she did wonderful job as she usually does but it did not meet Patsy's quality and texture. Come on! It's Patsy Cline. One of my favorite artists of all time. I was always hopeful she would do another cover when she had more time to develop her vocals but was not expecting it. I saw a few short clips where she would do a line or two of the song but not much more than that. Each time sounded better than the last but this time she just killed it! Absolutely murdered it! That voice was every bit as Iconic and beautiful as Patsy. She has now equaled if not surpassed one of the greatest Iconic voices of all time. I always knew she would get here and boy has she arrived! Stunning! Stunning! Stunningly Beautiful! Go Girl! ♥👣👸🏻 I find myself having to modify this statement when I saw and listened to this again. I have seen and heard bet hadn’t given it the attention it deserved. She came very close to Patsy with this rendition and it was a few years back. I was so fortunate to be at 2 of the concerts this summer. At the Kongsberg concert this song was fantastic, she had an insane vocal fry at last crazy (the one at 5:20 in this video). I have only seen one video of it, unfortunately it did not capture how crazy that was in reality.

Patsy Cline and Willie Nelson would be so proud of Angelina - just wow!!

This is the same band AJ performed with from age 11 till she moved to LA. They are terrific.

Thank you so much for your reaction to this beautiful songstress' version! Up until now, aside from LeAnn Rimes, I've never heard anyone do justice to Patsy Cline's songs. Even (or 'especially') live, Angelina has set her own bar! I will say, for this song, a C&W band would make a huge difference for me; after all, this is a 'country' standard. Check out, please, Ms. Rimes, for how this sounds with a mix of country blended with orchestra, as she sings, 'I Fall to Pieces.' Mind you, I am not 'promoting LeAnn' on an 'Angelina reaction' for I am only focused on the way the right band makes a positive difference. While most of us dread being on a stage or in front of a audience, Angelina seemingly was born to be on stage. Angelina told us, at an early age, she wants to sing for the entire world and I truly believe the world will know of her in the not too distant future. Of course there will be many who will choose to not listen to her but they will know her name and should respect Angelina's empathy for her fellow humans.

(that might be a good mash up if done right) More of Angie’s 3 concerts are 7-1-22 in Kurbadhagen, 7-7-22 at Kongsberg & 7-10-22 again at Kurbadhagen. Angie had a lot of fun & so did the fans. (Mattias Axelsson, Vidar Enerud, Kathrine Angeltveit & Trond Andersen are good channels to start with They have some good recordings & video's)
