Hey Brian I did some research on Wing King. It looks like he had some flooding and was stuck dealing with insurance issues. Looks like hes opening back up again so theres always a chance at redemption!

You gotta love waking up in the middle of the night getting blindsided by cap cramps. Been there done that plenty of times 😅. I've actually put myself through cap cramps I think six or seven different days in this past couple weeks from indulging in my own super hot pepper stuff that I made from the peppers I grew. I've been in Pepper heaven haha

The only thing about that guy that "got my goat" is regardless of how "nice" someone is, if you create a spicy challenge, you should at the very least, try it out before serving it to people. That's just irresponsible, in my opinion.

I feel like the chef does deserve a little heat (no pun intended). I don't work in food and correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like he really should have disclosed if there was extract in the wings. He was insisting he didn't put extract and maybe it was a pride thing but if he did why not warn him before he started eating that he was going to be ingesting extract and was in for a really bad night.
