How will the RTO officers know if the vehicle from other state is staying for less than 12 months or more than 12 months??? How to prove that vehicle is in the state for less than 12 months? Lets say if i live in a border area and frequently travel in both state then in that case what are the rules?

@@mvikailash Yes Sir, but what to show to the rto officer to prove that you were less than 12 months in that state. There is no clearcut guideline on this. In some states, rto just harrass people if the vehicles is from other state. I have shown tolls reciepts but still paid 500 rs in fine if you know what i mean😊.

Thank you sir for the information, and I appreciate your hard work that you helping everyone in comment section, I also have few queries sir, 1. If loan is there on the 2nd hand car from other state, is it possible to get NOC and re-registration in new state with that loan in running? 2. Model is discontinued, so the other company model with same cc which you will refer will be the cheapest one or the average one, which range car you will consider, it will be base model which you will consider?

Thanks for the information sir. I had a few questions. 1. Taking your example, the owner of this Swift VDI vehicle would have paid a tax for 15 years in the state where the vehicle was originally registered, now due to change in circumstances he has to get his vehicle registered again in another state and pay tax on it again for the remainder of the validity of the RC. So is there a way to get the money back which he paid as road tax the first time he got his vehicle registered? 2. Is there a limit on the depreciation on the road tax (i.e., the rebate) depending on the age of the vehicle? 3. Is re-registration of BSIII vehicles in another state banned all across India?

Hello Sir, Thank you for such a detailed explanation, I wanted to know that If I Purchase a 2nd hand car from Gujrat and want to get it transferred to Rajasthan then I need to follow the details you explained in video, but what if the model I am purchasing is not available as new car in the market, how tax will be calculated, I mean if car model I want to purchase is last manufactured in year 2013 and after that no new model came into market and even car company also shutdown. Please explain how I can get state transfer of CAR and RC in this case. Thank you

Sir NOC for non transport vehicle ki validity kitna rahata hai, maine mere Honda Activa scooty ka MP se NOC 2018 me liya tha, kya mai aaj uska registration Assam me kar sakta hu. NOC Assam me mere district ke liye liya tha.

Sir, i brought my two wheeler from jaipur to Pune, i was fined after 8 months for not paying the road tax of Maharashtra, traffic police said you can only use other state vehicle for two months without paying tax. And in Pune RTO, they are saying you'll have have to get MH number for your vehicle.... I don't want to get it re-registered by MH number because i only need to use it for 2-3 yrs... Pls tell me the solution, how can i use my two wheeler in Pune without getting the MH number... Ready to pay any state tax or follow the required procedure.
