First of all u dont have to change ur registration no of u r staying in TN for less than a year. Now if u want to get NOC for change of registration no then aaccording to rule after applying for noc online and submitting documents to original rto ,u have to produce ur bike in rto for inspection only after that u can get noc. So yes u can apply online but will have to produce ur bike when they ask for inspection.

Almost half the road tax that u need to pay for a brand new bike of the same model in jharkhand. That wd be an estimated cost for ur situation.

I still havent got the refund so thats why till now I havent created a video for that becoz I want to share the real experience along with information. And till now I must say its a very slow and difficult process to get refund especially in bangalore, people in rto r very corrupt. Its possible this month I can get refund, if so wd definitely upload the video soon.

I have a car and bike with TS registration and I got transferred to pune now Can I use both of them in Pune without any transfer or should I transfer the RC of both car and bike Please let me know

I'm shifting to UP from Maharashtra for less than 1 year. So as per the law i need not to register my bike in UP. But do I need to take NOC from my home RTO to use my bike in UP ? I'm really confused about noc thing. Do i need it even I'm not going to register my bike in UP state ? Please help.

Yes u need to transfer it in ur name. Process is same as taking NOC but there is an option in whicj u have to select transfer of owner of vehicle, just select that option to gey noc. After that u have to re register in ur own name in ur state.

Sir Registration is valid for 15 year then why it is required to re register in other state after getting NOC from RTO

Re register krwane ke liye fir se Andaman Rto se noc Haryana ke RTO ke liye leni pdegi. Bht jhamela hai bhai. Isse aacha aise hi chalao bike haryana me aur jyada pareshani to to waha ka road tax bhar dena bs.

If u take NOC and re register in WB then No will change acc. to WB state rules but u can just pay road tax of WB and ride ur bike freely here no problem. But then there is no scope of refund of road tax u paid earlier. However u will be able to ride the bike in both states.

Till 1 yr no change is required. More than that according to law u do need to re register in new state but i think u can manage somehow for next 1 yr. If u can manage not to get caught its not wise to change no for such small duration

Road Tax pay krna pdega dobara new state me bs aur 200 rs ka RC plastic card banwane ka charge, R15 ka kisi site se dekh lo kitna hai Road Tax Rajasthan me aur 3 sal purani hai to around 65-70 % lagega abhi road tax as conpared to new bike.

If you guys moving too frequently from one state to another, then why don't you apply for BH series number. Ride anywhere without any stress. ❤

Right but this those who r watching already have vehicles with normal no plates when BH series wasnot introduced. And its sad that even if u go to small cities or towns showroom people will try to demotivate or deter u from taking BH series, as they themselves have to endure much trouble for a BH series no. I will surely take a BH series for any vehicle I purchase in future, as I am Govt employee.

@@NickBishtVlogs I am not sure on this but I spoke with an agent asking if we can re-register a State registered vehicle into BH registration, he denied and said it is possible only while buying a new vehicle, and not for ones which are already registered under State specific registration.

@@vkgupta That's not correct. For a private employee, if their company/job provider has more than 4 branches in India, like Infosys, one can apply and get a BH registered vehicle by submitting the Form 60 at the RTO.

No Bother I havent still received refund, the rto people are just unresponsive and I cant go back to bangalore to get it done physically so there is slight chance that they will refund the amount. I hav sent a 2nd request letter again but dont know if that wd work. Overall if u cannot give time and be present physcially in the previous rto they wouldnot give u refund, the rtos are so curropt.

Every state has own rules relating to RTO proceedings some states like jharkhand r not changing HSRP plate no but in states like karnataka u have to change ur hsrp number plate too. So what r the rto people saying r u getting new no ?? If so then u have to get the new hsrp plate from jharkhand dealer or atleast get something like a NOC from there

Bhai paisa to apka jyada nai lagega itna 5k ke andr hi sb ho jana chaiye agar pura process khud se krte ho but mera suggestion rhega ki ap insb chakkar me mat pdo. Apki bike ke 15 yrs pure hone wale hai to ap abhi to aise hi le jao bike ko punjab insb ke chakkar me bs tension hoga apko jb expire ho jayegi registration 15yrs ka uske bad new rto me register krna. Plus haryana aur punjab bagal me hi hai to apko agar 1 sal bad traffic wale kch bole to bol dena 2 mahina phle hi bike punjab leke aaya hu aur ho ske to PUC haryana se kra lena usse proof rhega ki bike haryana se kch dino phle hi aayi hai punjab. Sir mere experience se mujhe yhi pta chala ki atleast jharkhand me wo new no plates nai de rhe bs RC me registered RTO change kr rhe. This happened with my 2 wheller so most probably car ke case me bhi aisa hi hoga but I am not 100 percent sure

Contact ur bike's any dealer in ur new city they would get u new hsrp no plate. They might ask for NOC from OLD dealer but it depends. Most probably u will not face any issue.

1,2 sal ke liye road tax nai chalta bhaib, fulll life time tax dena pdta hai to insb chakkar me mat pado agar temporary basis pe la rhe ho kolkata. NOC loge to reregister krana hi pdega yaha pe aur dobara se full road tax lagega aur fir refund ke liye bhagna pdega bihar se . Isliye best hai aise hi le ake chalao aur PUC bihar se bnwate rhna 6,8 mahine me.

Jab tak process complete nhi ho jata tb tk bike other state mai chala skte hai kya??

Bro , I have done all the formalities for change of RC from maharashtra to Tamil nadu., in Two to three days i’m going to pay the tax for re registration as per Tamil nadu . The Rto guy said once you pay the tax amount you’ll get the number , but for HSRP plate you have to mail the Honda dealer . He didn’t said anything about the RC. Where will i get the new RC

The RC will be sent to u by RTO on ur registered Address, it will take around 1 month. And in TN are they still issuing different No and changing ur current No?

Bro U can go to any honda dealer which keeps ur bike's model and tell them the whole think and u can also show them digital RC if u didnot get ur new Plastic RC by then and ask them for hsrp no plate. Hopefully they shouldnot object after RC is issued and if they object then u may have to get an NOC from ur previous dealer from Maharashtra. But this is rare so it should be done. Plz stay connected to the channel and let me know what the honda dealers say, I wd be happy to help.

Brother its tough to get ur rc transferred without taking ur bike haryana as there are multiple tests they do before renewing rc but u can ask some agents they might get it done but may charge u for it.

Sorry brother I am from Ranchi never been to haryana and those agents are mostly local u have to ask anyone from haryana to contact one.

Bhai ye rto me bike ka 10% as fees Dena parta hai kiya road tax. Mene banglore me liya tha aur KA53 Mera rto hai abhi Bihar me BR11 rto me register karwana hai. Yaha bata rha hai 10k jaisa fees Dena hoga.

Sir as per my knowledge I think you should take NOC before feb 24 from original state and then re register ur bike in new state before feb 24. That wd be the best option in my opinion.

Yaha Lifetime tax dobara doge to koi fayda nai hai nuksan hi hoga agar 3 sal ke liye la rhe ho, so its better ki yaha bike aisi hi chalao but PUC apne state se banwa lena 6,8 mahine ne me ekbar aur agar traffic wale roke to bol dena 2 mahine phle hi kolkata laye hai bike aur PUC dikha dena. NOC aur reregistration life time ke liye hai.

Sorry brother I dont have accurate information regarding that but my intution says it should follow the same process only the firm head should serve as the owner here. But thats only a guess, plz visit rto only they wd be able to amswer this one.

Hi Bro!!!! Recently i have been transferred from Kolkata to chennai. I got NOC from WB state for my two wheeler and brought my two wheeler to chennai. For re register my two wheeler in chennai (TN), the local RTO is asking me to get local police certificate (CRB) from crime branch in addition to those required documents you have covered in your video. Kindly suggest me that is it really mandatory to get chennai police certificate from chennai crime branch, as i'm already having Kolkata police NOC as well NOC from NCRB!!!

No bro how can the chennai branch check about the history of ur vehicle when all the time the vehicle was in WB, at the time of NOC only Police verification is done and NOC is issued. RTOs are the most corrupt offices all over India, since registration of vehicle is under state list every state is free to make their own rules, it is possible that they have made one such rule to harass common people especially outsiders, and the police will now ask for bribe to give u certificate as there is no history of ur bike there. So try once with police ,if they donot agree or ask for too mch then do consider hiring an agent.
