Wonderful work, as always. I really like the tip about gluing on the slats, then cutting them, and the thing with the light behind is genious

Thank you CT! That slat cutting is super tidy and feels like a bit of a cheat because its so easy, it takes the intensive labour out of making a wooden building.

Hello Mandy, I spoke about your channel with a friend of mine a few days ago. And now there is a new vid:) Bam! Your calm voice and the smile on your face (which seems to be realy authentic) are things that I like. Your explanation are really good and detailed. I like the way of "magical work" with cardboard. A material that can look so real and nice. And the letters: I like them. Excellent work again! I hope you have an excellent and nice weekend with your hobbies and friends/family:) Greetings your Stubenmuckel 😄

Hello Stubenmuckel 🙂 I love the term "magical work" with cardboard, sometimes it feels more like a miracle I managed to pull off, but I think cardboard is a wonderful and understated medium to work with, I have to now stop myself or I'll go into a rant about how much I love cardboard lol. Thank you so much for your lovely comment, it made me smile. I do hope you have a terrific weekend no matter what you're doing. 🙃

Do you know just this week, I thought it’s been a while since you had posted a video. Yay here you are.! I absolutely love your videos, your voice is so soothing, and I love the things that you create with cardboard. As with all of your projects, this one is turning out beautifully. I esspecially love your windows. I think you did a great job with the lettering. Looking forward to your next video.

Hi there Lucy, I'm really glad you enjoy my videos so much, and I love those windows too, they're very delicate looking and really make the front of the building. Rest assured if you haven't seen a video from me for a while it's most likely because I'm creating a new diorama and am putting in all the laborious work for the first video. Have a lovely weekend!

Gorgeous. Fellow Aussie here lol. I love this game, there are so many buildings that I want to make. I already made a gazebo, but the one I'm planning on making is algernon wasps greenhouse in saint denis.

I greatly enjoy your video's, thanks! Jason Jensen Trains has a interesting video, somewhere in his collection, where he prints a sign off of the internet onto paper that is (I guess) about two or three mil thick. He sands the paper down behind the sign until it is thin, cuts it out, and using water down PVA applies to his structure blending it in. I use the same technique without a color printer painting my sign by hand before applying to my structure. It has worked great and is very easy to do.

I'm so glad you enjoy my videos! I was wrestling with how to do the text and I usually print out decals but I am concerned about the colour of the paint I used matching the print out, plus there's the problem of the cardboard slats which would need to be sliced through to give the look of boards again once the decal is glued down. I am very tempted to redo it all with your suggestions as I'm just not happy with the stencil method on this one. Thank you for your input, it really helps the mental clutter when making these decisions. 🙃

You have a very relaxed way of filming your videos and love that your music doesnt overpow your dialogue! I turn down the sound on a lot of overseas tutorials! Ive made a Western town with 6 buildings for my Son's games incl Livery stable and Undertaker with coffins! Im going to run out of room in my house! I love how you did the windows also! Thank you also for my staircase request which I will follow! Again I love your work and cant wait for your next Part 2!❤
