I think they do look a lot like palm fronds now you mention it 😆 I bet your shipwreck deserted island dio came out beautifully and was a lot of fun to make.

CA adhesive tip, water acts as an accelerator, manufacturers have an accelerator for the CA adhesive, others may make the adhesive smoke. Regardless, of this small amount make sure there's airflow in your workspace and no kids or pets.

Let me suggest green rubber gloves...Then once you've glued all the ferns to your hands, simply cut away the excess rubber! ...lol

Hey, that was fun. I actually got more from the plant pot segment. I will defo try that out - using (as I've mentioned before) well-washed spent coffee grounds for the soil. Thanks for this! 8-)

I'm glad you got a little something from this one. The top of your little pots will smell amazing! I'd probably spend much of my time sniffing my work if I used the coffee grounds...Nothing unusual :P

A bush railway sounds amazing! It makes me think of the old steam trains that used to run along the Blue Mountains line...So beautiful and green. I imagine it must be very rewarding making scenic railways and watching a small world come to life.

If you have a look at Walhalla to Thomson railway you will understand about the amount of ferns for a diorama even just for a model railway, the tree's and rock wall's, gullie's and creek. I think I might have unleashed a creature larger than I can handle.@@dinkydioramas8349

A true crafter has messy hands, dabs of paint, unmanicured nails and dried glue stuck to their fingers! I don't trust people who say they're artists when they have perfectly painted nails! 😅😅😅
