looks like jazz fusion is starting to become popular among DCI and WGI

Drumline's a little dirty right now, but the music as a whole is probably the jazziest/catchiest I've heard in a WGI show.

In perspective, they're a LOT stronger at this point than they were last season. I don't mean to talk trash on last season, but it was obviously just a line that needed time to grow as players together. And I also agree, the show is really catchy. I'm excited to see it in full.

The drums are reefed though. Most groups don't even attempt to play on a surface that exposed, you gotta give em credit for working with a way lower margin of error It'll be clean in Dayton

I noticed that too. They're at Cadets' level tuning. The cleanliness will project amazingly well, but if they make any dirt it comes through like nobodies business.

Reefed= Tuned hella high. Makes the sound a lot shorter, harder to clean

"Off White" And RCC Collab?????!?!?

I think the judges will always penalize the loose cool vibe drumlines over the militaristic ones. But this show is bad ass throughout. The dancing is pimp. I love the show, RCC! Great great players. (Edit: I'm glad i was wrong this time. Judges knew this was the best this year. I'm glad for RCC!!! On to next year.....)

BRO I JUST REALIZED THAT THE SNARES ARE USING 13 INCH DRUMS I NEVER EVEN KNEW THAT SYSTEM BLUE HAD 13 INCH SNARES

I thought it would look super cool if they had white carbon fiber and white rims on the drums, but then I saw the uniforms and the coloring is perfect!
