I bought shima 3s and they have these plates with them. Do you drill the boots out or do you do the plates? They are close to lining up and didn't want to make the holes in the boot off where there not usable.

Unfortunately, the cult boot is hand drilled in the factory, so the holes are a little off and different for every pair. You have to Frankenstein them a little bit.

What liners are you using in the Cults? I get pressure points from the Reign V3 and find Intuitions too stiff/uncomfortable for my preference.

Those are ground control generation 2 from the year 2002/2003. They made them in black, red, white and navy blue. Off the top of my head, I think they had light grey as well and they came stock on the Shima 4 in a ugly brown/green color 🤣 It’s arguably GC’s best frame. They stopped making them because K2 skates held the patent on removable h-blocks. they threatened to sue GC!!

@@flyingonblades Wow! Thanks for the info Sir Mike! Btw, that black color that I saw, an OG blader told me that was a Murda Signature frame. Not sure though. 🤷 Tried borrowing it to get a feel but went brittle easily! 🤣🤦

Haha! Yes there was a black Murda version, but that had a special freestyle grind block. There were also normal black frames like this, that came with normal h-block.
