The knee trick is everything. Thank you again. I didn't have to remove the brake drum. I used a 90 degree allen key with a wrench as extension. It worked flawlessly. Thank you again

My son and I are trying to use his technique, but to no avail!! I’m beginning to wonder if maybe in the northern hemisphere it tightens and loosens the opposite direction than it does down under! Just kidding! But really, we’re feeling pretty weak and now our hands are buzzing with the vibration of constantly banging the hammer on the screwdriver. Maybe just a few more whacks will do it. 🤞🏻

Great video - while you change the tire, also change the tube at same time.... and reverse it so the valve sticks out on the other side - easier to then fit a car pump fitting to pump instead of the stupid little plastic RAZOR extention.

I was convinced that brake drum was pressed on. Had to cut an old Allen wrench to get the wheel bolts loose and was just about to make a tool to remove the ratcheting mechanism on the other side when I figured there must be a better way. Thanks for the vid.

I figured the drum was threaded on! Your vid confirmed it. I plan on changing it to a disk brake. This will make that easier as well. Thanks.

Thanks. Our E200 is the same w/ screwheads under the drum rather than on the sprocket side like earlier E200. No room to work an allen-wrench in. It appeared the drum was just pressed on, but now I see it is threaded. Good I didn't try pressing it off. I wondered what the 2 holes were for, to unscrew it with a proper tool like a spanner wrench. Thanks.

Jeff, I found a Razor E300S setting in a trash can. After getting air in the tire and charging it, it ran fine, except the tire in the rear went flat again. Two things: I didn't know about the extension to inflate the tire and question: can the tube be repaired. I haven't started this project yet, but your video is #1! Waiting for a response in the US! DDK

The other side of the rim. The one opposite the sprocket also has a slot for the tube nipple. You can put it that way and then those holes our friend used to bang out the brake drum are for fishing in the air extension adapter through.

Hi Jeff, I need your help, if you can help me. I watched your changing the back tire vidio many times, it helped me alot. However, I have a 2012 Razor E325. I took the back tire off, pulled the axel out. It took me a couple days to fix my problem, but I fixed it. My question is, putting the back axal back in, I have 2, spacers, that look like, carbon fiber ? One is about a 1/2" long, and a slight cone shape. The other, in the same material, is like a washer. If I don't put all this back together correctly, it's not going to work. Which spacer, fits where ? Like, does the 1/2" cone shaped spacer, fit on the brake side, or the sprocket side, same with the skinny one. Which side ?
