You are a lifesaver, my friend. You just saved my headset, and my sanity by not having to deal with Razer support.

I triedthis and no effect. Unplugging and later plugging in the cable did not make a difference. I didd however readd through the comments in this video and tried the Razer Nari Ultimate pairing tool fix mentioned and it worked! As soon as I launched it having the cable connected to the headset into the PC as well as the wireless dongle, it detected it plugged in and updated the firmware immediately. After completion it must have reset the motherboard and battery and the light turned on, it was charging red!!!! Bravo to people commenting on this video and bravo for you creating this video allowing the conversation. I'm sure your fix works for many but please everyone should try the pairing fix as it is just software and you don't needd dto dissassmble your expensive headphones or take off the ear cushions which are impossible to put back on.

same thing happened to me! went hiking, crammed it in my backpack, whent home and it stopped. Was having a heart attack thinking I might have to drop another 200

Unlike some other commentors, this video did not save my life, but it did save my headphones, so thank you so much.

Same problem at my Razer Nari Ultimate. Also found the green wire on the rigth side of circuit board was disconnected because of bad soldering! A shame on a 179€ device! Your video was very helpfull. Thank you very much!

I notice that it happens only when you carry them to other place. Weirdes part is that they survived a flight across half of the Earth, but broke when I carried them to the other dorm...

Wanna thank you for this. Headset wouldn't charge or turn on starting yesterday. Unplugging it from the battery was a bit of a chore, but once I disconnected it and plugged it back in it started charging and turning on again. Thank you again awesome person!

To those who have no sound: He suggests taking them apart, unplugging the battery and plugging back in. Don't do this if you still have warranty, because you may be eligible for a replacement from Razer.

You Do not need to do this. The Problem is that you need to download the Blue tooth Pairing tool. It resets the battery connection and blue tooth and repairs the connection. I got this info from a Razer Technician. You run the tool with the Headset plugged into the PC USB even when the light on the Nari is off. Note the Nari Ultimate has a different pairing tool. than the standard one so make sure you use the right one. If the reset does not work then The tip above may fix it so the pairing works.

Dropped my Nari's the other day, went to get gaming today and found it wouldn't turn on or charge. Found this vid and can confirm, it worked! The connector can be exceptionally grabby if some of the glue applied to the cables on the board bled onto the battery connector, so you may have to resort to needle nose pliers.

Thanks so much it worked for me. Another thing I did while I was in there was I tightened the screw for the sound wheel to not make it so sensitive in case that was annoying for anyone else.

This has just saved my £200 out of warranty headphones, you are a legend!

I can confirm it worked like a charm, so I'm happy to have found this video. I would add, for future viewers in need of help that, if like me, have preferred to remove the valume board to better reach the battery plug, and you screwd out the wheel as well just to be super safe and slow, when you are in the process of putting it back togheter, do not tight too much the wheel's screw, or you are not gonna ear shit from the right ear, and end up needing to re-open the all thing just for that.

This worked pretty much at the end of the day. You are a champ and a legend. But, the cable i usually charge with (Razer Micro USB that came with the Nari Ultimate) thats connected to my monitors USB port to charge, no longer works as it did for the past couple months. Now it only charges from a different micro usb cable thats connected to a power only port. I 'd do more tests if i didnt feel like i'd just wear out the ports. I dont think i got my moneys worth yet with this headphones. it should definitely last more than 5 years

Can confirm this WORKS!!! One thing to be careful of is when you take out the 4 screws in the earcup the speaker is only held on by three tiny wires!!! so easy to break
