This is exactly what i was looking for. Thank you. In addition i am gonna flatten the base completly and use Superglide glass skates. Also gonna cut the AAA adapter down to minimum ;)

you could also shorten the screws a little, they don`t need thread in the middle, head can be flattened lul

I have a Redragon mouse that already did this in a hex pattern. But it has RGB, so that makes it inherently faster.

No rigidity issue, never had any problem with other mice I've modded. It's "hobby effort", not work effort 😊 If you think mine has rigidity issues, have a look at Bearded Bob's channel, he turns the mouse into a skeleton 💀
