I was stationed on MCAS Yuma in March of 1997. I and many other Marines (most of the base I think) sat there and watched a huge wedge shaped formation of warm lights pass from the west horizon to the east horizon. It was very slow moving and very silent.

Wow that's crazy!! I'm from Yuma AZ and I was outside that night with my dad. I was like 11 years old and we both saw that same exact thing and my dad was tripping out on how silent it was. It never made a sound. I remember seeing a big bright light in the middle. I can't believe you saw it too that's so crazy!

About a year ago right outside Yuma I watched a bright Yellow light stay stationary in the sky for a few minutes. Right before I walked off I saw it blink and reappear a bit to the right of where it was consecutively about 4 times before disappearing completely.

If you watch enough PBS space time you'll know that warp drives would appear like this. They theoretically create a bubble in space time around the ship or whatever which would bend the light around it. The kid had it right tho it looks like a dragon lol

id say yes... i was seeing these all summer the year this was shot in the wittmann arizona area. it was hard to decide what i was seeing because it was a void of light space... like you looked in the sky and where you should see distant stars, in the area between all the lights was a dark black void.... so it looked like a black pyramid with lights on each or the corners... when the lights went out the black void was still there.... it was weird.... and one time i watched whst seemed like a helicopter or something with a search light hovering in the clouds.... when the light bounced off the clouds there was the normal glow but when it hit the object it absorbed it...not reflected it.... shrug....hope the truth 8s known before i die i wanna die knowing i wasnt seeing shit

i also watched 10-12 fighter jets chase after a similar shaped light formation at the sunset hour.... ive never seen that many fighter jets in formation in this area at once. we often see sets of 2 some times 2 or 3 sets... out for routine stuff and training and what ever other typical military stuff goes on.... but ever since that air chase ive seen an increase in the air patrol... makes you wonder.... another time i watched as a smaller faster set of lights went back and forth between two larger pyramid shaped sets of lights before disappearing between 2 of the lights on one of the ufos....

I found this after watching a video about this instance in which a guy said that the triangular shape craft disguised itself by making the stars seem to appear to shine from it's bottom. I've seen the videos of a line of lights in the sky that look like they might be flares with parachutes many times, but never this video. This is way more convincing to me than probably any other UFO footage I've seen.

I don't think this is the same occurrence. I believe you're looking for the Phoenix Lights which took place in 1997. This is far more recent.

We lived in Tempe at the time, and witnessed the whole thing over Phoenix. It was awesome and scary at the same time. Definitely not balloons or anything they tried to sell it as. What a trip to see it first hand!

This story drives me nuts, I believe a lot of ridiculous UFO stories. But the Phoenix lights event is just ridiculous. I work at the BMGR bombing range that Davis Monthan afb and Luke Afb use along with Yuma Marine base. Ive seen these exact lights on a weekly bases for years. They are used by the A10s and F18s so light up areas for strafing. And the bombing range isn’t far from south maintain and an aircraft launched his flares way to far north. There are videos in day light overlapping in the same spots these videos were taken (all south btw) all of the lights slowing decent behind the mountain until they burn out. People say they saw them way up north and down I-17 yet not a single person has footage except all the footage of the flares to the south. Luke even put out a release they were flares. It’s irritating that people waste so much looking into these when it’s been debunked so many times and it takes away credibility of possible real UAP/UFO sightings.

I just seen something similar and ive never seen this before i was so amused i didnt video tape it it happened for 30 secs and poof its gone it look like red light blinkinh none stop and it blinked one time and disappeared sounds crazy but i seen it im just outside smoking a cigarette it caught me off gard

08/13/2023.... I work in Sun City west. Every day for the past two weeks at 4 am I begin to see the same light formation. Not like this but a triangle then three lights in a straight line inside the trianlge. Not sure what it is or why the exact formation daily. They never move around and can only be seen starting at right before 4 am.

Seen videos of these in my hometown of Houston TX

I have seen these wayback 2013. I thought at first its just stars But then it move slowly. I thought it was lantern. But heck.. Lanterns doesn't move in circular motion then side and up then it slowly fades away. Its blinking like stars. and I saw blue colors.

I saw this exact thing happen in a Puerto Rico in 2012

Watch Paranormal Caught on Camera season 3 episode 9. Towards the end of the show there are exactly these same lights in Russia in August 2017 which is just 4 months before this video.

I see these from time to time I've told people about it but don't think they take me serius

It seems like Arizona is a real hot spot (ay get the joke) for UFO stuff, Fire in the sky, and the infamous PHX lights, as well as this and numerous more sightings.

This is the same description as the Phoenix lights in 97.

Tonight around 9 i seen something like this 3 times 5-10 minutes apart from each other it had bright lines connecting it it was straight from left to right when I first seen it one star/light appeared and then another one appeared next to it not too close then a line connected them then another bright star/light appeared at the end and it would connect that one and the one at the start would disappear and another light would appear at the end then a line would appear connecting that one it kept doing this repeating the motion I've never seen nothing like that was pretty trippy/cool it wasn't an airplane or nothing clearly cause airplanes around here don't appear or act like that in anyway the ufo lights looked orange/bright appeared calmly was no noise but it was perfect timing when I saw it idk what to think of it just aliens come to mind I'm not to sure why it did what it did but I wish I recorded it but it wouldn't be the same you just had to see it for yourself This took place in arizona 2 hours away from phoenix on my reservation

Very possible that you saw a StarLink satellite train. Saw the same thing in Utah. Look it up to see if it's similar to what you saw. Really cool to witness either way.

Most of the secret aircraft tests the military does are done in the southwestern desert. I’m amazed that people don’t make this correlation more often. We had crazy sophisticated aircraft 70 years ago. What do you think we have now?

Yeah but even with todays technology, we cannot mimic the godly speed and manuverability of these lights. That's what makes this so phenomenal and mysterious. The government doesn't want to admit the words "I don't know" which would cause mass panic from the public. Instead they lie and cover it up like usual.

The first usable aircraft by passengers was created in 1914. 36 years later we had super stealth planes that could fly at 70,000 feet (U2 spy plane) It’s been another 70 years since then. yooo that thing to the left is ONE ship lol…. holy crap that seems freaking huge however..even as a “general skeptic” (notably of them being “aliens” from another planet)..me and my family saw a ufo in 2000 on a July night in our backyard in new jersey- and of course 90% of people wont believe this from some guy on a ufo video on youtube😅… *HOWEVER* , what we saw WAS sooo close and about the size of two to three big houses (or possibly even bigger since the distance was hard to gage though it looked to be just a football field away) … and if we got a freaking video or pic (before camera phones) it would have been one of the best “captured” sightings of all time - obviously many have seen just as detailed and insane sightings before like us- but yet no one has been able to capture such an insane sighting and it sucks- - and even though we saw what we saw I am still a skeptic of some peoples stories…well at least all “abduction” stories (also we were not the only ones who saw it apparently when calling in) but nonetheless, even seeing what we saw (which disappeared and took off SOO EFFING QUICK), I still wonder if it is governmental technology……. because why would “aliens” care about us and come for sooo many years..? like if they were so advanced (which they would have to be) wouldn’t they be done with their “research”? I always wonder about that…

That wasn't Xray, the dot you saw was from an advanced optical camera from the nose of an F-18 fighter. It can lock onto a moving target and make it keep perfectly still as the camera is on a ball and moves with the plane focusing on the object. Even if the plane rolls left and right for instance, the camera being on a ball will just hold on the target unmoving as the plane chassis glides around the camera. It can be controlled by helmet motions as well as the thumbstick, but once locked onto a target it holds onto it until you reach the maximum range it can see, which is right up to the back and upward toward the plane itself, so if you go upside down, etc it loses track, This allows weapons and other targeting systems to engage. So it's EXTREMELY legit footage. Trust ANY footage you get from a fighter jet. We take war pretty seriously.

How does 0:20 resemble flares? Those are thousands/hundreds of individual lights, almost as if this objects is using the night sky to shield itself like a reflection
