The Chargers collected former Ravens like infinity stones in the offseason at all levels of the organization from Greg Roman to J.K. Dobbins to Joe Hortiz. Locked On Ravens Host Kevin Oestreicher discusses why Greg Roman's offense should start off very well, but then it will be up to him to adapt. I’ve always pulled for the ravens once the chargers were out. I like the mentality there, and I gotta say… I’m stoked it’s coming to the Chargers.

NO ! It will , now be 5 years & NOT 1 of his 4 OC , could get it correct ! Kid has a arm , was throwing bombs in his ROOKIE year & they have gotten away form those types of plays , about every year after words ?

I think Shane Steichen was Justin’s best OC. I don’t think Greg is as good as Shane, but as an unapologetic Herbert Homer, I hope I’m wrong. Kudos to Shane for landing a head coaching job.

I think the more the Ravens wanted to depend on Lamar's passing, the worse they did. He's far scarier as a runner and far more pedestrian as a passer. I don't think the Chargers will have the same issues if Greg Roman wants them to throw the ball more.

I find it REAL funny on how they WILL give all kinds of reason WHY Le MARE the horse the [ RB ] playing the[ QB ] spot for the RAVENS ! WHY he can't GET it done at HOME with a great team around him , in the PLAY OFFS ? While they don't want to give Herbert any reasons , with a MUCH worst team , HC , OC around him OR a team on the field , to HELP him out some ? Put Herbert on those Ravens team & I think he has a ring OR 2 by now !

Greg Roman is a huge question mark
That description of why Greg roman didn't work out was nails on a chalk board for us. Phrases like "cap on Lamarr ceiling" "recievers running into eachother" "no identity" makes it feel like Joe Lombardi all over again. This is not want we want on offense.
This is concerning we need an offensive coordinator that knows how to use a passing game .
