Xenophobia headlined with our live PA after Zero Zero got booed off at the best rave ever
Rave World. Fabio & Grooverider on the decks before Xenophobia then after Devious D on the ones and two's. I have already made a video for devious D.
Double dropped a rhubarb & custard just before going on stage with Zillah, Scallywag (Bert Fuzz) Abi & Jane. The place went mental as 'Rush in the house' had become an anthem on the dancefloors of the UK and played every 30 mins on every pirate radio shows. Who thinks we're playing Live? Who thinks we're miming ha ha answers in the comments. It was such a crazy night as we were a bit worried as Zero Zero got booed off stage pretty much some a bit apprehensive going on if the crowd of now off they nut nuts would like us. We walked out onstage to cheers and I was seriously coming up on the 2 huge pills haha they were so intense, it was like the best feeling I have ever had ever.
Skallywag showed the crowd what quality Spiral Tribe MCing was all about as the record company played the version with the vocal track on it and not the live PA version, too late to rectify matters Skally way freestyles over our Choon and whips the crowd up into a frenzy. We play on the same over The Wobbler and the place erupts into dance, I could see everything from on the stage. Kickin Records held back the single 'Rush in the house' till the summer of 1992 before dropping it on to the scene. there an estimated 10 to 20 thousand copies out there including white labels.
Thanx to Nicky Blackmarket for selling hundreds out of his shop uptown and who played it so loud whenever I would pop in the shop for re-ups of 12's.
I was so lucky to get involved with the rave scene and have made so many friends, Spiral Tribe, Bedlam all the crews that took huge rigs through bushes and fields off the M25, gone are the days of doing pirate radio on Touchdown FM 94.2 alongside Rush FM and Centreforce that was run by the ICF from the top floor of the flats I lived in called Balfron Tower in Poplar.
It is a fluke I even have hold of this VHS copy and are glad it is now digitised for everyone to see what it was like. The only thing you can't feel is the love in the building because of the drugs of choice Ecstacy it really gets you going ha ha I headbanged so hard I could hardly move my neck for a week.

Thankyou for this, I was at these and 22 yrs old then, now 53 lol and still love the tracks to this day, your live performance was the nuts, all the best.
This is amazing, literally looking back in time. Not a single person in this room knew what a movement this would be and how everybody would still long for it all these years later

Ha ha ha that is so funny your comment. That's how you did it if you didn't want dirty looks for walking through the crowd so you danced to the left or right a lot until you were through the crowd. It caught on as the MC's go Toooooo the left left left left left left left left to the right right right right right right right right

Good prices £100 deposit and £57 a month to go to Crete all chilled... love my music still so so so much... 1210s and vinyl still.... 1 ❤️..... and respect to you lovely ❤️🗣 shout out to planet punk 🗣 😂❤️❤️

I am the guy at the back on the keyboards and who started the band Xenophobia, you can download all the music I wrote for FREE at www.xenophobia.bandcamp.com check out the new LP I released a while back with 'Rush in the house & The Wobbler as well as loads of songs never previously released before. Listen to the sound of 1992 and the vibe that was transported into the music we released. Thanx for your comment and chuffed you were there to witness a spectacular evening of hardcore. Devious D dropped Charlie by the Prodigy as we left the stage and the place went crazy, it was the best feeling ever. The other band on well before us Zero Zero got booed off stage for being big-headed saying they were the next big thing lol

LOL so did I, you can see me taking off on stage, broke 4 keys on my keyboard and I had a stiff neck for a week, best gig ever and the crowd went crazy.....Epic
