Rats will start to become a problem for homes that suffer historic problems.
Rats usually get into your house via the drains. finding the source of their access is important but fixing it is even more important. Remove the cause and you will remove the problem.

Hey Sean, just watched this video. I think it's great that there are guys out there like yourselves. For us smaller companies ( 1 man band) do you think the drain camera is a worthy investment for simpler checks for maybe the fitting of guards rather than dangling things in the drain. Trying to improve with every job I do (we all start somewhere) but on my own there is no way I could do all that work 😂 I do feel a little disappointed when after 3 visits you just haven't got there.
