The rats seemed to enjoy this bouquet of fresh flowers we had sitting on the bookshelf. Yes, the flowers are in a blender. We don't own a vase.

They definitely love sunflower seeds. I once had a wild rat get into the house (I didn't even realise it was there). The rat took out every single sunflower seed out of the bird food that I had, leaving a neat pile of husks. The funny part was, that the birds hated the sunflower seeds and always threw them from the feeder to get at the seeds that they liked. Teamwork.
