Couple of hours shooting rats at a new permission. This was first time there so was more of a look to see what was what.
Think I shot about 15, I picked up 13 at the end of the night, also shot two rabbits sat in the field behind, 1 at 35 yards and 1 at 75 yards in strong wind.
I was shooting with a browning T bolt in 22 rimfire that's why some of the rats weren't head shot. A 22 hollowpoint tends to put a big hole in them so they don't run away from a body shot like they would with a sub 12ft lb air rifle.
There's still plenty to go at so I'll be back here again to shoot more rats and over 200 feral pigeons 👍
