I’ve recently fell in love with the Gridiron Kings inserts. They aren’t super rare or pricey, but I love the look and feel of the canvas style card and the beautiful artwork.

I love the GK cards I have some nice GK rookies from 2020 I pulled a Herbert GK and a Jefferson GK I wish they were worth more bc of how nice they are

My House! from 2019-20 Optic is one of my favorite recent insert sets. Very cool and fun to put the set together!

Stained Glass and Kaboom for me. Net Marvels is also nice and more affordable.

1992-93 Stadium Club Beam Team Basketball is a great one to collect!!

One of my all time favorites for sure. Even the 93 version

TSC Illuminators from the 90's are extremely rare that most people aren't even aware of them! With print runs of around 200 or less depending on the year, they are one of the rarest inserts. Awesome if you can land a goat such as jordan, kobe, etc.

Marvels, High Voltage deserve a honorable mention. A 90’s insert worth mentioning is Dunkin Go Nuts.

I love that one too. It's the reason I wanted a Donruss Hobby Box this year, until I saw the presell price this year.

I really liked last years Prizm Fireworks - not very expensive but nice design with lots of color. A poor man’s color blast!

Skybox Premium has the coolest insert set in the 90's ... and today's era -' I like and love "Blank Slate" from Court Kings "Genesis" from Mosaic "Statement Jersey" from Threads "Uniformity" from Optic Contender and "Kaboom" from Crown Royal 🏀⚡💪

Z force boss inserts are awesome 😎 Really nice looking and reasonably priced still.

Actually pulled a colorblast mason Greenwood out of prizm and couldn’t believe it. Card is so beautiful!

Scoring kings fleer ultra are simply the greatest insert of all time followed by Beam Team!

I spent alot of money on Prizm Draft Picks Downtown inserts this year.

Good toby on eBay, but selling is sometimes difficult

I have a ton of Michael Jordan and jerry rice cards I use to collect them when I was younger

panini have been relatively lazy with the prizm soccer kabooms imo, barely any of the 40 across the 2 releases have had any sort of explosive action image to them

Just pulled a Nate Diaz Color Blast in a UFC Prizm break last night

2019 Optic splash especially the parallels are beauties and 2019 Nets Marvels from Donruss. Kaboom is king though.

Didn’t watch yet, but kaboom is my top choice. It hits a few different levels. Sports, comic books and super hero vibes.

Finally some mention of 90's high end insert. Jambalaya is one of my favorite and because of 1998-99 NBA lockout. I think 1998 Skybox Molten Metal Fusion and Titanium Supernatural Fusion Michael Jordan and Kobe are truly rare. I know because I stop buying basketball during the lock down and who know how many this insert were pull

My favorite insert sets are 93-94 ultra scoring kings, 96-97 ultra court masters, 96-97 z force slam cam, 98-99 ex century dunk n go nuts from basketball and with baseball its the original donruss elites 91, 92, 93, there's just so many from the 90's, i'm glad that panini has brought these back. The tough odds is what will make the new inserts desirable.

Those translucent 2012 and 2013 Panini stained glass sets are bangers for sure. Before Panini's "Innovation" team debuted the Kaboom! insert in '13 basketball, they debuted the stained glass inserts in 2012.

Downtown is definitely my favorite. I love the iconic things in the back ground to the players city.

MOSAIC jam masters and touchdown masters...Will be iconic cards in the future. Amazing looking cards. B ball and football on fire looking like its coming out of the card

Funny thing is, How many cases did prizm make?? its all relative, these SSP's without numbers. Is color blast rare? YES they are, but how many were made?? its top secret, lol. However a color blast of Herbert sells for over 10k because its rare yet I can get a 1/1 of Herbert for under 4k, lol. Clowns buy color blast thinking they are more rare then a "One of One"

Exactly, I feel that so many people get the parallels and inserts mixed up. Also sunsets too, many people think that it the card doesn’t have the same design as the base then it’s gotta be an insert. Base sets sometimes have subsets within the main set. People get easily confused

We could never get most of these cards in our youth. Jesus bless

Kind of a telling story on these rankings as there are so many other inserts that are way more elite than these.
