Yeah I don’t think a product that is 100k a case is something to be excited for. Panini is digging themselves into a deeper hole. For 10k a box, this is a joke. For a second, I liked the idea of it, but after seeing the price tag it’s a joke

Wrong. Goff’s NT RPA /99 sold for $6-7k in 2018 and only now just peaked back up to $6k in September. So he EQUALIZED…and he has had nowhere near the hype ever of Lawrence who is already tanking and will continue to do so. His NT RPA /99 in a psa 9 still outsells Goff, and he’s a worse QB!

In late May I received an 10 card order back from PSA. Two of the cards had a crack running through the plastic where PSA places the label. The crack was from the top of where the label was to the bottom of where the label was. You couldn't miss it. PSA allowed me to return the two cards and re-slabbed them at no cost. However, I had to take time out of my schedule to fill out the submission paperwork, package and mailed the cards back to PSA for the re-slab. I think PSA should offer a good faith credit or voucher to those affected because of the inconvenience. That would be good customer service. After all, it was their mistake.

Can we get an episode were each of you discuss your PERSONAL TOP 5 OR TOP 10 PLAYERS TO INVEST LONG TERM. THEN ALSO ITD BE cool to see each of your PCs up close and talk about why your pcing that player or if your collecting them just as investment, etc ...

I dnt grade cards but if I was i would definitely go with tag there slabs are fire clean there slabs dont take away from the card like those ugly slabs from psa

I’ve done my research on Trevor. Everything points to his prices dropping a lot.

This PSA hairline crack on their new slabs has slowed down their turnaround time. I have had a small 7 card order stuck in grading for like 3 weeks now. I think it is stuck in grading because of this whole issue with the slabs. Unbelievable!!!

Graders notes are a good thing. But is too much attention being made to grading your cards which is why I said first that graders notes are a good thing. Also, is there any way to determine how the card companies are sending out their cards and do they have graders that work at the card companies?

How much does PSA pay their graders? Let's see what a grader cost them to throw a number on a tag. Might explain the shoddy grades.

Didn't they say PSA said the new slabs are designed to not be able to cracked open? Well then how can you resubmit them to be put into a new slab without damaging the card ?

Grader notes are a good thing if they are more than a four word description.

It shouldn’t slow down the process at all. Graders take notes and this should have been implemented a long time ago.

I dont grade cards and i can tell you tag has the best slabs premium plastic no one can beat there slabs

I don’t like it because I got a Jordan. Ten back in the day it came back higher than expected because it had a print dot which they didn’t knock the card then for the print dot. Now it’s something we all know if. Card has a print dot on it and every grader still grades cards their own way even though there own supposed to have standards. Their standard is they insure the card if you can prove it is overgraded. I’ve had More cards way ungraded the past year and it s incompetent graders because the hobby boomed too big to quickly during free money COVID. I’d rather see some ai to insure the cards are graded overall more consistently that they should grade before it’s even graded. I sent In cards that got 4s in that have 6s and 7s on and that makes no sense to all the sudden just start grading tougher because you don’t want to many high grades and that’s not right

I HATE Panini products. Your point at @13:50 is exactly why I HATE them. There's a million versions of everything.

Garbage. I sent in a BGS 8.5 1986 Fleet MJ rookie. PSA sent it back saying it did not meet the minimum 8 grade. The entire grader notes says...Front, Right Corner. That's it. Meanwhile, BGS graded the card corners as 9, centering 9, edges 9, surface 8. Grader notes do not tell you anything as clarifying their grade.

This should've ALWAYS been the deal... if you send in something you think could 10... and it comes back 9 or 8 or wtvr... yea you're gonna wanna know WHY?? DUH!!

Just send your defective PSA slabs back to PSA to be reholdered… Sounds about as enjoyable as having a root canal redone.

PSA is not the Cadillac, are you kidding me? Everything about their slabs is low quality, and ugly. If they had started their business today, no one would want to grade with them. Nothing about them is quality. The only thing anyone cares about is resale value and that's the only reason people still use PSA.

Making notes public is NOT a good idea. It would ruin the idea of having perfect cards at PSA 10, every PSA 10 would be valued differently and it would be dependent on the different wording used by different graders.

Tlaw starts off hot gets hurt around w7 that way they can get top 10 pick

Soooo many people have received PSA grades and have no clue why...cards that are virtually perfect get 8s or 9s and there has never been any justification...its about time. Teachers have been using rubrics for the longest time and have to justify why they graded a kid's essay the way they did based on a specific set of criteria - when a PSA grade can make the difference between a couple hundred bucks and life changing money, the graders need to be transparent

But....damnnn, PSA is charging folks extra for grader notes. Come onnnn, stop the greed!

The amount of time to type up notes will massively decrease turnaround times. The graders HAVE to be the ones typing/writing the notes. Thats time spent not grading. Sgc is about to scale hard

Yes Brandon Miller has Autos… WILD CARD… The biggest athletes are signing with them now but old school collectors laugh at Wild Card even though they started in 1991

@@oColt45o I never claimed what they could do or would do only that it is illegal to share the information. What they could possibly do is sue people who do I’m sure. I’m also sure they won’t for the most part. Still, it is illegal. If you want to know what it says exactly read it yourself?

You pay for the grading notes. Will never be available on lower levels in the next 48 months. No one does Express or higher unless that are buying 5k cards

I don’t know why people think PSA is so great?!? Beckett is a far better grader in my opinion. PSA does such volume that they have to grade so fast. I’ve heard under 10 seconds a card. I’m pretty sure you have lazy employees that play with numbers so their averages are in line. I’ve got 6 on cards and then send to Beckett and got a 9. I’ve had a PSA 7 resubmitted and got a 9. They are just not consistent

So….they’re going to start doing what everyone has been demanding they do because of their bizarre grades????

Please stop shilling for PSA. It gets old.

Are these dudes crazy? Trevor Lawrence turned that organization around in 2 years. They were one of the worst teams in the nfl before Lawrence and last year they started off 8-3 before he got hurt. They will be fine next year watch. Your not gonna go from the worst team to championship in 3 years

@@t-pott4504 Their schedule doesn't seem that difficult. Besides AFC South is not a great division. Colts have a QB who only played 3 games last year, and couldn't make it thru any of them. The Titans have Will Levis. Texans exceeded expectations. Stroud, had an amazing rookie season. I think Houston still wins the division, but Jax could be in a possible wild card spot. We will see.

The new slabs are the WORST! Had to crack a couple cards because…. You get a 5 on a card that you don’t see anything wrong with… and it’s almost impossible to NOT damage the card in some way. Gotta bend that thing like Gumby 😭😭😭

It’s very easy getting into a PSA slab. Stop trying to do it like a cave man and get tools. I use a dremel with diamond cutting discs to cut around all edges and it just lifts right off. Takes about 1 minute to do.
