W. Roberts, when guides were guides and polled from the top of the motor. Looking forward to this build!
Nice boat. That thing looked light on the test run. I think more weight on the bow will work out well. Looking forward to the next video.
Glad you’re back! Enjoy watching your videos and have been periodically checking in to see if you’ve posted an update.

Great that you are back🎉🎉 keep it up💯
A question coming from not knowing and learning; Why is there a need to put as much weight in the bow as possilbe? (fuel cell and trolling motor battery) It seems like that would make for a lot of weight and deeper bow draft after you add an angler on the front deck. Looking forward to watching the progess on this project.
Welcome That’s a cool classic skiff. I have have a shop I restore and build poling skiffs in the Boca Grande area. May I suggest in keeping with the original design of My Roberts keeping all the decks below the gunnel walks. That’s such a classic feature of the older flats skiffs. It helps keep everyone more centered and keeps your fly line in the boat. I recently built a temp mold for just the hatches with a 4” flange. That I then glassed into the flat foam deck panels and over the bulkhead. This had nice gutters and it drained under the lid. So no drain tubes and hoses needed. I would have loved to get my hands on this. Can you share a little more on how it came about and where it was found? These old skiffs are rare and getting expensive. That’s kinda like a barn find Shelby you got there. Check my videos out of the skiff I designed and built.
1st let’s go this video is going to be sick🤙🤙
HE LIVES!!!!!!
Hes back
F yeah, New vid
Sweet project! I’ve got a Willy’s 20 classic so I’m super excited to see how she turns out…is it a 15 or 17?
He lives!
I'd like to find something like that and have it as a tiller steer.
Welcome back. Are you still in Jensen Beach? Haven’t seen you around lately.
Wow you’re back! Where have you been?
🌴 🫲🏼😳🫱🏼 Hey Forest , we’re ya been bro , this is the perfect build , I’m so glad your back , that skiff flies , how much does it weigh? I’m still working on my project nano skiff , the price of glass and resin is crazy , I wait until I can get end roll scraps at a cheaper price at FGC , do you know anyone building poling platforms?
Divinycell - can we just build with it?
Always great videos but the wait between …
Have you ever refitted a boston whaler 13?
I recognize that motor from another past build…
Man what's happening on the sub build
Nice build
