At the age of ten in 1969, I received a Milton Bradley board game that contained baseball cards from the 1968 Topps set. The two cards I give credit for my interest in collecting are non other than the Rod Carew and Reggie Smith rookie trophy cards. By 1970, I was hooked. Thanks for sharing your prized Carew cards.

Amazing collection of Mr. Carew. I'm so glad you got that autographed Venezuela. Topps has reprinted that '68 Carew for various insert sets probably 8-10 times throughout the years. Might be something to consider trying to get all the reprints in PSA 10s?
