That concert was broadcast live on the BBC on Christmas eve 1975. I was 14 and totally in love with Queen so begged my parents to watch it. When they did this my Dad quipped up ' he's good on that piano isn't he ' 😊 The next day, I had A Night At The Opera all wrapped up under the Christmas tree ❤ Happy days 😊
That piano/guitar duet in the middle is phenomenal. Think of how in sync they are while performing. Brian & Freddie had their backs to each other during the entire thing & fed off each other perfectly.
You get to see Freddie’s mad piano skills
Thanks, kiddo! Brian May wrote this... and this is one of their best ever live performances of it... the interaction between Freddie & Brian is amazing.. but also drums & bass - this was a whole band!
I love the interplay between piano and guitar in the middle, they seem to dance around each other.
I love EVERYTHING Freddie Mercury and Queen, but this is probably their best. His piano skills are insane!
There really is no other band like Queen. They truly were / are special in musical history. The level of talent is off the charts for all four of them and unlikely to ever be remotely repeated.
“I love watching Freddie perform” How could you not? All of them, captivating.
Queen was so ahead of their time. This is 🔥. Great reaction. ❤
It doesn’t matter to me I love Queen and Freddie Mercury and this song I love it my first time hearing it and of course I’m gonna love it. Why wouldn’t I? I love every queen song.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Brian wrote this one about a girl he had a crush on in school but he never worked up the courage to tell her
Christmas 1975. I had just had my 10th birthday. LONG LIVE QUEEN!!
Underrated Queen gem. Congrats for finding it.
Well done PW!! I can't tell you how thrilling it is to see you (and imagine all your subs watching) enjoying the genius of this group called QUEEN... I grew up listening to all their music... and it changed my life. I'm sure it will change yours also... thanks for keeping the LEGENDS alive.. not just Freddie but all four of them!! I do believe you are now ready to hear the prequel to BoRhap in Freddie's "The March of the Black Queen", another Freddie composition you will never forget... blessings.
Love all these Queen songs ❤❤❤❤
Yes, it's one of Brian's gems and Freddie's incredible performance. In the instrumental part it's like Freddie's piano and Brian's Red Special are speaking to each other. Beautiful piece of music, so full of emotions... 33 years today 6/2/1991 sadly Brian's father Harold died from cancer 😢 ...
Freddie is amazing ❤
Yes, Yes, Yes...Thank you, my very favorite live Queen song and perhaps my favorite live performance of anyone, ever. Written by Brian about a girl in one of his college classes that he was very interested in but never had the nerve to ask her out. When he finally got his nerve up, she was already with someone else. So glad you finally got to this one, it is a hidden gem from Queen.
Always enjoy a reaction to this one, the lyrics, the different instrumentals are haunting. Even as a young band they had that magical ability to take you to another place while listening. 👑 Queen never disappoints

Brian's guitar literally sings in the duet with Freddie's piano. So beautiful.
So much talent ❤ thanks for the reaction 😊
WOWWWWW… You are totally making my weekend!! The thing I love about 1970s Queen live shows is that Freddie spent a lot more time at the piano than he did in the 80s. (BTW… You look way YOUNGER than almost 40!!)
Love, love, love this song❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Prada. 70 year old here. Hey, if you're digging Queen then you're a friend of mine! And I don't mind the profanity as long as it's used correctly!

73 here. So you, like me, remember them from the very beginning. It all still sounds as great now as it did then, right?

I love the piano! Great song! Freddie Mercury was great! ❤
THE best Queen balled!
I love piano Freddie!
Been loving your Queen 👑 journey ❤❤❤❤I'm here for it❤❤❤❤
I cannot thank you enough- watching you getting into Queen!! Freddie- your reaction- perfect in every way!
Great conversation between the piano and the guitar. Those two are masters of their instruments and they had a fabulous chat, which we got to enjoy. Beautiful song.
Love this song by Queen 👑 😍 💪🎶💗
It's a wonderful song, wonderful performance. I love early Queen. Another one you might like to check out from this era is You Take My Breath Away - Live at Hyde Park, 1976. Just Freddie alone at the piano in the twilight, shushing a rowdy crowd with one wave of a thin finger. Simply spectacular.
I totally agree with you!💯❤️❤️
Pure magic of this four guys!
Another suggestion: There’s a medley at the 1986 Wembley concert: “In The Lap Of The Gods Revisited”/“Seven Seas Of Rhye”/“Tear It Up” (I know you already did the 1975 “In The Lap Of The Gods Revisited” - but in the medley, it’s just the first little bit… and it’s neat to see the diff between 70s Fred vs 80s Fred. The COOLEST thing (to me) about this medley is the middle part “Seven Seas Of Rhye” when Fred plays piano SO FAST it makes your head spin.🙀

I have not ever heard this song ready to listen.....
So glad that not only are you watching the 'the classis Queen' but also the BEST version which is THIS one. Queen never performs their catalogue the same way. It's always FRESH.
Four geniuses = perfection = Queen!

A "little delicate" hidden gem.
Can't go wrong with most their songs
I have never actually heard this song!! so this time I will be giving my first reaction. Yes, I am already commenting, but I’ll be commenting again.
This was a masterpiece written by Brian. It would be hard to pick a favortie Queen song; however, this comes close for me.
Thank you my lovely, always tears of beauty......❤
Phenomenal 👑❤️👑❤️👑
Okay darlings, sounds so affectionate
I've always thought the director of this video/film had a crush on Freddie, because we hardly see any other members of the band, which is a shame, especially during Brian' s guitar solo. Not that I'm blaming him, mind. Who wouldn't fixate on Freddie??!!
Thankyou been waiting to see if you would do this stunning performance. Some of us have been asking for this.
Well done!
Love love love this performance! We tolja it was insane 😊 . I can never decide whether this or Somebody To Love in Montreal is my favorite. It changes from day to day.
Love love love this song. Thank u!!!
Rock and roll never forgets next bob segar lets do that
Loving you going down the Queen Rabbit hole 💯❤️🇬🇧
🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️
Magic....❤
This is a great song.
Same show...Ogre Battle... and the rock and roll medley encore, featuring the sex dolls you saw in the Lap of the Gods
💯❤️🔥💋 I love the switch up as well. Absolutely amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩
❤❤❤killer
I strongly suggest; Queen - One Vision live at Wembley Queen - Was it All Worth it (official video) Thanks man!
Thank you for playing one of my favorite Queen songs, you're awesome. 🫶👑💙 PS. I bet this ends up on your playlist.
Beautifull guitar and piano 🥰🥰❤️🇬🇧
Wow ❤🔥❤🔥❤️🔥❤️love this 💋
Love piano, love this 😘❤️🇬🇧
Beautiful sweetheart
Cool Cat, i think that song would fit you 😉
Hey Prada 😊
Hi Prada. Some other Queen songs you might like... I Want it All, The Show Must Ho On. Also, Love of my Life, live in Rio 1985. Also, you could break down the entire 1986 concert, at Wembley, in to 3-4 song reactions. It would be 5 or 6 segments,
An exquisite shiny gem back from the Art Rock 70s. I was never that crazy about that style, a lot of it was just way too pompous. But Queen could pull it off and make the song transcend the fad because, well, they're Queen. They were better musicians than anybody else and Freddie could make any song sound ethereal. Even now it doesn't sound old or dated.
Super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brilliant 👍😍
OMG!! One of the most beautiful songs ever written!! Gives me a Tolkien vibe (Lord of the Rings) .. “So sad it ends, as it began” 🧝🏻♀️👑🍃 Good ol’ Brian the romantic!! Now ya gotta complete the Queen trilogy by doing MARCH OF THE BLACK QUEEN!! 🖤🖤 Thank you!! ☺️ Trilogy - Killer Queen .. White Queen .. March of the Black Queen 🔹🔸♦️🃏
i hear some influences here of typical 70ties music like Renaissance very much worth the listen.
Pradawest you really should do the band Heart Baracudda
Brian is amazing on the gee-tar. 😄
I love the switch up to..smh
Wow 😳 I actually like it too
