The biggest part of Murray’s game has to be how consistent he is at showing up in crunch time. In this years playoff run Murray hit so many clutch buckets when all of our shooters went cold. Easily the most underrated part of his game

I would rank Murray higher tbh. In three playoff appearances he has a averaged close to a 22 PER 58 TS% 4.8 BPM And I don’t see as many players being the perfect number 2 next to Jokic due to his ability to play off the ball. He’s also just a great competitor similar in the vain of a Tony Parker who alway elevated his game when the lights were brightest which is hard to say for many other players in the league. The fact he’s done all this despite the ACK setback is also incredible and speaks to his drive to be great.

Its crazy that Murray and Harden are ranked next to eachother. they're not even close. if Murray is on 76ers, they might win the chip. In the biggest game, Murray will give you 30,10. Harden will give you 8 points on 16 shots and 4 assists to 8 turnovers.. you'll say how is he an NBA player. They're just on opposite sides of the spectrum in my opinion. It's actually pretty embarrassing for the league how most top team's have literally the least FTA, then you get their two favorite teams (Lakers and 76ers) leading the league by a HUGE margin. What a crazy disparity. Having Murray and Harden next to each other is wild considering Murray is levels above him in every category of basketball controlled by the players

SAC was one of my favorite watches all season, love all of the offensive concepts and strategies they ran throughout the year. Also love so many things about Fox’s game, just think come playoff time when splitting hairs I very slightly preferred those 2.

What gaurds do you have in front of Murray that haven't won a championship? Murray is better than all but Curry, Luka and maybe Dame. He's beat them all but Curry, all. Booker, George, Mitchell, Ja, Fox, Thompson is on the down, Paul sucks, Kawhi hasn't even played. What other wings or gaurds ar higher than Murray? You have that many 4s and 5s ahead of him? Murray should be top 15. How is he worse than players and their team that he beat in the playoffs? Let's see who you got higher because so far lol.

I think you have to separate the individual from the team, it’s not fair to compare guys who have consistently been #1s on competitive teams to a guy playing next to one of the best players ever and boil it down to who’s team performed better. It’s fine to think Murray’s better, but it’s got to be for basketball reasons in my opinion, not just team success.

@@ye.ha.8378 lol. You are stupid. Booker outplayed him so badly that he won the series? Lol. Booker is so highly overrated. Only retards and morons think he's good. Learn how you really play basketball. No flopping and crying to refs, no "cheating" by pushing off on drives and hooking. You sound stupid.

@@HoopVenue what's the goal in basketball if not to win. To fit within the team to create success for all involved. The greatest sacrifice and most successful form of individual accomplishment. He had great performances when needed and elevated his teammates, while having mild performances, who then had great performances. Your evaluation of "success" is flawed if you think team performance doesn't reflect selflessness. So if Murray to were to have 50 point games and they lose he would have been ranked higher. Because I guarantee that's what you are going to say about Dame, Booker, Luka or maybe Mitchell. Basketball is all about the team and how you can achieve the highest team success while fitting in the system to achieve that by possibility having great individual accolades due to your own individual success. That's how it should be evaluated at. Don't handicap Murray because he plays with the best player in world it's being dishonestl to Murray.

The objective of basketball is to win. But I think you can evaluate how much a player IMPACTS winning without actually looking at an end result to come to a conclusion. You’re suggesting that 15 or so other players COULDN’T fit next to Jokic within the Nuggets as a #2, BECAUSE they haven’t won anything as a #1. And I just think that’s unfair when applying the context of how situational the sport is.

@@HoopVenue as a sixers fan who watches every game, harden passing is one dimensional in regards that he creates most of his playmaking behind screens which when zones is thrown at him he kind of zones in on one guy and turns it over or gets that pass through somehow 😂
