I'm surprised you thought Superstar Saga was the most basic, I always thought it was one of the more creative games of the Mario RPGs.Though I guess it doesn't have any big gameplay gimmicks like the other games though. Still my favorite of the series by a decent margin.

Cackletta came up with the plan, disguised them into peaches castle, turned peasley into an egg, tricked the bros into plumbing the sewers which removed the lasers guarding the beanstar, gave queen bean that worm that made her a boss, captured the beanstar for the first part of the game, kidnapped peach, used bowsers castle as a weapon against the kingdom, and made the koopalings fight against Mario. Fawful didn't do everything wdym??

I found a way to beat tolstar in 2 attacks step 1: as soon as you get spash bros and bounce bros use them as much as possible on enemies Step 2: get the super version of each Step 3: spam them (the attacks should do 15-30 damage)

Ah, I remember getting stuck on Tolstar for a very long time on my first playthrough (I was around 5 years old). On that same playthrough, I ended up defeating Queen Bean with the hammer (Even though it only does 1 damage) because I was afraid of the attack she does when she gets too close... Good times.

"Mon piranha is the most forgettable boss".maybe this is because i like piranha plants but I vividly remember fighting it. I didn't even remember that hoohoorus was a thing,and even then i never thought he was a boss,just another "minigame".

That’s fair, and hoohooros is underrated for an early boss not underrated as a boss fight which is why he was still low on the list

Great video. I’ve been waiting for this one for a long time since it’s my fave game. My fave fight is jokes and friend, but popple and rookie II takes second place.

Ok I have a few quick facts about Fawful: 1. The theme that plays during his fight was also supposed to play in the original version but for some reason they screwed up and put Popple's theme over that fight and I know that was a mistake because on every version except the American verison of the original game it plays Fawful and Cackletta 2. This leads on from the last fact but apparently even in the original it was also called Fawful and Cackletta so clearly they meant to put it in but of course you know what happened. 3. The shield machine or whatever that thing is for it to overheat it's based on number of hits so if you use multi hitting moves like Fire Bros he actually gets out in 1 go and because he doesn't have a lot of health he's most likely dieing in 1 more cycle I can't say how many hits it takes to get him out but most likely your not seeing a lot from him so if you want the fight to be harder don't use the multi hit moves when he's shielded.

That video would be very predictable, especially if it's a Top 5. Paper Mario tries to make the endings from Super onwards emotional and they succeeded 3 out of 4 times, so there's 3 obvious entries, and if it was a Top 10 most of the entries would be from Super.

I gotta disagree about it being predictable, it’s emotional moments not just endings (if I’m reading how you’re translating the idea correctly) and even in Thousand Year Door there are some good moments of character growth and events that can evoke emotions. Plus, it’s a rankings video, some entries may be obvious sure but also people react differently to scenes, an ending you may think is emotional may not strike the same chord with someone else. That’s what makes any of these so much fun to watch, It’s all opinions and seeing reasons why something is the ranking it is whether it’s obvious to some or not is exciting

He’s not completely sure first off so it’s still a possibility, you don’t need to be completely balling eyes out to have it be emotional it just needs to strike a chord. Second of all my mistake that’s just how you wrote it. Either way my point still stands, the endings could not even be on the list no one knows, again, his opinion if he does it.Third, I never said you didn’t it’s just an example

Since i can't give you ideas anymore(😭) i will just tell you my opinion on these bosses. The majority of them would all be tied for me. One boss will be slighty worse than the other mostly because the attacks are annoying and hard to dogde, but i think SSS has, overall, avarage bosses.

very good video as always, but may i do some criticism? I HATED WHAT YOU DID WITH MA BOIS POPPLE AND ROOKIE (oh yeah also the koopalings but lets be real no one cares about them) (actually that sounds like an average twitter karen scrap that) when there are too many bosses, or a biss have too many rematches, i suggest that instead of not putting some on the list, put them all together, like the popple fights, you could put all 4 of them in the same ranking, and the koopalings, as you said, are pretty much the same, so it would be perfect to put them together, so we can see how they compare to other bosses anyways, great video as usual!

LOL ok I mainly didn’t want to talk about them for the same reason I originally didn’t talk about the koopaling fights for Paper Jam, repeating boss fights are difficult to talk about but thank you still :D if I remake the video I definitely would include them on the list because they are needed to be talked about

I think if a partners in time remake happens its extra mode should be Fawfuls army Also a list idea could be ranking old characters such as bubbles S.S Old grannys P.I.T Kuzzle B.I.S Eldream D.T. Pillo master D.T

That's such a random and bad video idea. Also, A PiT remake will never happen. The BiS remake only happened because AlphaDream needed something to not go bankrupt (it failed).

@@An_Account1. You never know. Nintendo did hire a company back in January 2020 for "Mario & Luigi" 3 months and 8 days (100 days) after AlphaDream's bankruptcy. And, his idea wasn't that bad.

I love the remake over the original tbh, mainly because I never played the original. I have an idea can you do a top 5 darkest/intense origami king moments. For example, Bobby’s death, the cutout soilders, paper mistake buzzy beetle, Mario getting cut in half, peach LITERALLY being put on the wall, the hotfoot crater scene, and olly and Olivias death

trunkle hiding his weak point after you hit it is because of the original not doing that and I’m not sure if the miss twomp thing was also there in the original but the remake just made it harder

I think I learned something new I will test on Kamek on PiT. I think if you hit the mushrooms that are fake outs they will go directly for the real Kamek even if an fake made the mushrooms. I will need to test it to see if it’s true

Its so dumb that the wine boss is a soda boss in the english version because of alcohol not being suitable for kids. I mean its literally red wine that aged a long time. Soda makes no sense here. In the german version its just called wine

Mom piranha was the hardest boss for me. YES... Harder than Cackletta's Soul and Chuckolator Combined! Also, I think the bosses get way too easy after Truckle. I can literally kill all of them in 3 or less turns P.S. I defeated Hermie 3 with both bros on 1 hp at the start of the fight

Will there ever be an updated video talking about every boss? I get you wanted to trim it down but it feels incomplete not talking about every fight in detail
