Da ich immer noch auf der Suche bin, danke für dein Video. Jetzt hab ich ein paar super Anhaltspunkte.
Huge thanks for helping me choose a monitor! It's a pretty confusing market and your videos are really helpful and informative. I went for an MSI Optix G273QF and I absolutely love it, especially considering how relatively affordable it is. The included stand REALLY does suck though, it's too short for someone who's on the taller side and it's non-adjustable. If you're getting this monitor, you should really consider getting some sort of a vesa mount.

Hi. I recently watched some of you reviews and I came to appreciate the honesty and transparency. That's the main reason I hope you can help me with a very 'on the edge" decision : I need to choose between Hp x32 and Dell G3223D for a mix of office, light gaming (especially WOT) and media usage. I like the fact that the dell is g-sync compatible (I have a gtx 1060 card) but I feel I pay for some features I do not use (usb-hub for example). The price difference between them is about 100 USD in favor of HP. What would be your choice?
I don't even have place for a 27inch monitor and I still enjoy the video. As good as all the videos before.

Another Dell S2721DGF owner here to throw my endorsement out there. I got the monitor for $300 USD from Best Buy. Had to do some initial calibration, and I use the middle setting for response time. It's a fantastic monitor. Beautiful picture with great response time ensuring smooth movement and low input lag anywhere between 60-240 fps which is what I get in the plethora of games I play. In terms of ghosting and blacks, it is acceptable for me. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this monitor 2 years ago and its been absolutely amazing for everything. Incredibly smooth for gaming at high refresh rates and the design isn’t too gamer focused, it could still be used in an office imo. (I hate monitors with the V shaped bases). My only gripe is I wish you could change the colour of the blue light strip at the back but my setup is blue/black anyway so it doesn’t bother me that much. Fantastic and highly recommend 👍

@@1Bigsxxy Fair enough, I've always loved the way LG displays look out of box. I'd simply point out it's possible this is just a calibration issue as this monitor users an LG panel, but it's also possible the other hardware from Dell in this monitor truly provides a lesser experience in your case. Display preferences vary widely per the individual.

@@1Bigsxxy The Dell s2721dgf is using an LG Display nano IPS panel with 98% DCI-P3 coverage so there is no way your son's LG is more "vibrant" unless a) you got a defective panel b) you are using your monitor in HDR and your son is not c) your son is using a dynamic color picture preset which usually modifies the display's gamma response curve and makes everything look a little cartoonish. Many people are already complaining the Dell is too vibrant when watching SDR content as it doesn't have an sRGB emulation preset (LG wide gamut monitors usually do have an srgb mode).
Very Good! Thanks
Another great video as always! Can you review the Xiaomi Mi 2K IPS monitor? It's usually on sale for 250€ from Banggood but I can't find any detailed review. I think it's the cheapest 1440p monitor you can find and much better than some of the monitors you mentioned
AOC Q27G2S/EU is surprisingly good for my eyes safety(BTW, any chance for it's full review?), it has great colors overall, very good black color for IPS, but its panel is not so fast like MSI G273QF, for example. Maybe this monitor is not the best gaming solution, but it's best for me and for my eyes. Dell S2721DGF burns my eyes immediately, has grey color instead of blacks at any settings and not so fast with Freesync ON. G273QF is good overall (not so good for the eyes safety like AOC and not so bad like Dell), but I couldn't find an exemplar with good white and gray uniformity.
A few weeks ago I bought the g24f-2 for 140$ in amazon thanks to your recommendations, I'm waiting for it to arrive. I love your videos even though I understand 80% because English is not my main language (I help myself with the subtitles), next month I plan to buy a 27' one to enjoy the 1440p, and I would like you to review the gigabyte M27Q (in rtings they give it a 7.9/10) but I would like to know your review because I read that it has BGR and I would like you to give us a similar recommendation for the same price. I am torn between the msi g27qf (I seem to remember seeing some complaints about it and bleeding), the hp q27x (but I read that the BOE panel is disappointing), and the M27Q because I don't have more than $300 for a monitor and I want one that is good for gaming but colors good enough for enjoy mixed use such as videos and good colors in landscapes in games. I know I ask a lot for what I have but I can't do more :(
I think Gigabyte's G27q and M27q deserves to be in the list as well.

You can also get the MSI 274QRF, which is the same monitor as 274QRF-QD but without the Quantum Dot (which I actually prefer because it's not ridiculously oversaturated as the more expensive brother). It's one of the top contenders for a mid-range IPS gaming monitor, IMO...

Nice work! I wish I saw this sooner. For people with less sensitivity to lower PPI, I think there are a few good 32" 1440p versions, for example: Gigabyte's M32Q or LG's 32GP850. I eventually went for the M32Q for the slightly higher contrast. P.S. for 27" the 27GP850 is also good I think.

P.S. I went for the M32Q and I'm happy with it. The KVM is nice even though it doesn't work flawlessly. It came with newer firmware than what is online (F03 vs only F01 and F02). The PPI is the same as my previous 24" 1080p so I can use it without scaling at almost a similar distance.

hi bro im really torn between MSI G273QPF vs LG 27GN850-B which one you think?
Now I'm confident with the MSI P-version 😁 I'm going with it
I bought a 32" 1440p 165 Hz monitor, MSI 32" Optix MAG322CQR last year and I really like this format. I don't need 4k and can't run graphically intensive games at a satisfactory frame rate at 4k anyway, and I find 32" to be good for immersion, I would say a size of 16:9 or 16:10 screens between 27" and 32" would be optimal... something like 30" would be great but that doesn't exist... (I wear glasses and the "shrink" everything and this is why I like big screens). Anyway the screen is my first VA screen and the colors are better than any screen I've ever had before and also the blacks are pretty good which is something I was always annoyed by previously, my previous screens were IPS screens, BenQ 27" 1080p 120hz and 60hz monitors (the 120hz is actually pretty old i bought it in 2010 or 2011 because i wanted to use nvidia's 3d glasses thing which required 120hz). The thing I don't like and I had never even seen on any other previous screen or even heard of before i bought this one was ghosting, very obvious when scrolling text, and even with fast respons settings (not "fastest" because it causes ugly inverse ghosting). On lower refresh rates the ghosting and blurring gets pretty bad, something I never had seen before. I wonder now, what is the best 32" 1440p monitor right now? I'm ready to pay a lot for it. High refresh rates are great but I really don't need more than 144Hz, main thing is that it has low ghosting, specially on lower refresh rates (because when you use freesync/gsync compatible) on this one and play games that dip down to 55hz occasionally and never go over 85 hz. Something that has good colors AND low ghosting through the entire VRR-range. Are 32" 1440p oleds coming out already or will that never be a thing? I'd buy 34, 35" or what ever the next size up from 32 is in 16:9 sizes.... just to get less blur and ghosting. And the "fastest" response time is really only useable when i overclock the monitor to 168 Hz (somehow this little step up from 165 hz and some other settings make the "fastest" actually look ok, but in the games I really care about i can't get that framerate, even 86 (vsync at ½ screen refreshrate) is too much for some games like cyberpunk 2077. Currently I normally set a manual frequency in windows at double of slightly lower than the average fps i get in a game, then play it at vsync ½ refresh rate... This is better than the blur chaos of freesync (or "gsync-compatlible" because i have an nvidia rtx 3080 graphics gard) at FPSes that drop below 90

Dell S2716DG, about $300. 27 inch, 1440p, 144hz, Gsync. Ditches the crappy "gamer" designs for a simple, fantastic everything else. Had mine over 2 years now, love it. Needs some colour tuning in Nvidia CP though.

Can you do a review on the gigabyte g27q
I bought the MSI G273QF in May for 289 euro. I upgraded from a 144 Hz 1440p Samsung VA panel (C27JG56). While I'm overall happy with the monitor, it is still a flawed monitor in my opinion. For me, the colors and contrast out of the box were terrible. After applying recommended settings from reviewers like you, it still wasn't what I was used to. I used AMD's Custom Color to get a respectable picture out of it. It is flawed because to correctly set its colors somewhat, you need to set Night Vision to normal, making the 'black equalizer' function basically useless in this monitor.
why review the 27lg and gn models when gp is the newest refresh? i got a 27gp850 for around 260 euros
Where would place the Huawei G27 in the tier list? I got it for about 220€, but im not to happy with it..

Hi guys I don't have either of this but does anyone here have recommendation of which to pick for the PS5 lg ultragear 27gn800 qhd or msi optix g273qf both are on sale at my region. Thank you
What's the difference between the x27q and 27i? Also there's Xiaomi's Mi 2k Monitor. They all share the same specs. Both the x27q and Mi 2k are capable of HDR400 which is not really that significant. In terms of aesthetics, the Mi 2k and 27i both look clean and minimal.
