They made a contest which the best noodle in Malaysia? Of course Malaysian food are the winners, cause they're Malaysian, they can't made a contest which noodle are the best, they should made a contest who can cook "The Best Laksa" besides Laksa have many types, Laksam, Laksa Johor, Laksa Kedah, some people prefer Laksa Johor, some people prefer Laksa Penang, different state different taste, orang terengganu prefer Laksam instead Laksa Penang, orang Penang prefer Laksa Penang, that's why I said of course Malaysian food won because this is Malaysia, no ramen no pasta could've won in Malaysia, btw which Pasta lost in the contest? Is it Bolognese? Haha of course the most boring Pasta, in food people can't do contest which are the best, but only who can cook the best, like a Masterchef, it's logic, when it's comes to food in every country it's impossible because peoples have different kind of taste, for me in every Pasta I like Smoked Salmon Pasta at Upstairs Cafe ONLY, no other restaurants can beat this guy, this guy's Smoked Salmon are the best, when it comes to Malaysian Noodle I like Mee Curry, when it comes to Ramen I like Kyusu Karaage Ramen, when it come to Chinese Noodle I like Soybean Beef Noodle, for me every country have the best food that I like, if you ask me between Smoked Salmon Pasta & Kyusu Karaage Ramen which is the best I cannot tell, for me both have the best taste but with different kind of ingredients

I think Logesh should pointed out the laksa as curry laksa due to many variety of laksa in Malaysia. For me, that is mee curry. Laksa is only for assam laksa which uses the white laksa noodles and fish broth.

The Char Kwey Teow resembles Penang Char Kway Teow. Singapore Char Kwey Teow is darker with a mix of Kwey Teow and yellow Mee. Usually don't have prawns but with Fish Cake and Cockles. The Laksa in Singapore is with white rice noodles (Usually cut short so you can eat with just a spoon) so I guess what you tasted that would fall under the category of Mee Curry. You should have included "Mee Goreng Mamak tambah Telok Mata Lembu" (Indian Uncle Fried Noodle with Sunny Side Up Fried Egg) that to me would be S Tier.

I don't agree at all, it's hard to make a decision between which country's noodle are the best, even in 1 country sometime it's just the same noodle like Mee Curry but with different state & different restaurants could assemble different taste, some people don't know how to cook but do have a restaurant, some people cook it very tasty but just at home, now you taste a food just at your home & rate bad star to a noodle that you can find the best taste in a restaurant like pasta, seriously it's not that easy to rate a food

That spaghetti shouldn't be there along with Asian noodle dishes. Western dishes are not as complex as Asian dishes especially Malaysian food. We can have sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, umami, etc in one dish while western food is more straightforward.
