Me personally, I really like Hot Rope Jump! It's so fun to play I like kind of like Goomba Spotting, but, I would've prefered the Smash Compactor minigame (I don't remember the actual name of the minigame.. it's been a while) or Skipping Class

It has good ones but I hate that you had sometimes more lives and if you have All and someone 1 that doesn't count so that you camp on the screen edge to be first

I honestly liked a lotta mp10’s minigame’s more. Snake block party, bouncy brawl, and ice slide you slide should’ve at least been contenders to be added to superstars.

Dungeon Duos is my favorite without a shadow of a doubt, but I also love Motor Rooter, Monty’s Revenge, Mush Pit, and Booksquirm.

As a MP9 Fan, i will not forgive that Nintendo never put Speeding Bullets, Skipping Class, Player conveyor, Smash compactor or Peak precision in Superstars

I wish you elaborated more on the games you've put in the "this sucks man" tier. But overall a fair list.

Tug of War is pretty much responsible for all the blisters and broken N64 controllers I had back in the days.

Good list Vern. My only minor gripe is that you put Mass Meteor in This Sucks Man tier. As a guy that played it in it's original game, I feel like it should be in It's Alright tier at *best.*

If we ever decide to rank Super Mario Party’s mini games, Don’t Wake Wiggler better be at the absolute bottom, or else the Vern nation has disappointed me.

Solid list! Honestly, Superstars has more good mini-games than bad from the classic Mario Parties. Though, I just wish this game had DLC to add many of the other excellent mini-games from previous entries.

Is the minigame focused on fun, skill and/or fighting each other? It's almost always good, by far. Is it not? It tends to be meh or just bad. It's pretty much like this in every single Mario Party.

The TCNick3 joke lives on...

In Mario Party 3, where Mario's Puzzle Party comes in, there's a 1 Player version which just has you going for the highest score you can unlock if it peeks your interest.

Mush Pit and Puzzle Party high up there makes me happy! Hide and Sneak is on the bottom for me though!

This just made me realize how little minigame rep 5 got, and they picked some of the worst ones trade out Later Skater for Fish Upon a Star any day of the week. It's like Bob-omb's Away, but with violence!

Man from what I've seen, they nerfed the hell out of Tidal Toss for Superstars. Back in MP3 you could straight up ruin the 3 team by just pulling off giant ground pounds and get big waves that knock the team out in at least 2 hits. It has to be one of my favorites honestly.

For someone who plays mario party 8(wii) growing up... the paint the goomba and the tornado coin minigame os from that game and actually my favorite mario party game growing up.. Oh and vern question on your opinion(if you seen or played mario party 8) from you,nick,eevee and brent... who will win the soda minigame(its a shaking(not madhing) minigame that you just shake the controler)?

Hard to tell that you actually LIKE these minigames, because you constantly get bullied by the others.

They butchered the Mario Party 8 minigame selection. For starters, King of the Thrill and Grabby Gridiron would make a better 2v2 pair, and both use D-Pad and buttons. If they needed a 1v3 from it, they could take Power Trip, but otherwise it's not one I'm begging for. Kartastrophe, Saucer Swarm, In the Nick of Time, Alpine Assault and Punch-a-Bunch are great fun and easily portable, replacing the Motion controls with the stick for all but Punch-a-Bunch, which replaces it with the A button. With Rotation Station, they would have to make it so that the shoulder buttons did the rotation, but that's workable, Settle It in Court is incredible and an easy port and Surf's Way Up is quite fun. While yes, Mario Party 8 has major duds (I will always Flip the Finger to Flip the Chimp) and the Pointer minigames are almost entirely unportable (Snipe for the Picking and Boo-ting Gallery would qualify otherwise) I really think they missed out on Mario Party 8's selection, and the 11 minigames I've picked here are proof of it.
