I really love when AD has celebrities with chaotic/eccentric houses. It’s a lot more interesting and exciting to look at when compared to the celebrities whose houses are so bland and white/beige that they look like a futuristic asylum or some kind of corporate supervillain lair.

Ranking fashion trends of times, or just specificly like many trends of the 2010's.. or the many microtrends we have had in these 3 years.. 4. Ranking celebrity makeup/skincare/perfume brands, you already did side quests but because there are so many of these it can also be a video. What brands are actually genuine and what are just cash grabs. - Also the ranking of celebrity cooking shows, there are far too many of them. Just some ideas :) love wathing your rankings lol

The thing that bugs me the most is how clean these houses are

Jensen's and Daneeel's house is best celebrity house I've ever seen, followed closely by Vanessa Hudgens' backyard (you don't understand, I'm obsessed with that backyard). I am also huge fan of RDJ's, Dita's and Arron Paul's homes and Nina Dobrev's house also has some elements I like but that's about it

I'd say writing expenses of as business expense is 'tax avoidance queen' rather than 'tax evasion queen'. There's no way she could write off the construction as a business expense though as the land is on her private property (and you couldn't subdivide a basement) but she could lease it to her business as a business expensive. But unfortunately the connection that her wellness would improve her acting business is too far fetched.
