@@shinx2873 miracle "was" the best, he is still insanely good but, he has no current feat to show that he is the best, he is on a break from pro scene and he is not rank 1. he is not "washed up", all of the players have improved considerably since miracle's prime but he is still improving. tl;dr you cant claim that miracle is washed up since he is still in the top 20 rank but neither can you say he is the best since the only possible way to show his dominance by being in a break from pro scene is through mmr but he is not rank 1 either

@@reaper5422 quinn rtz miracle i've seen them muting everyone even pros in their pubs enemies/allies alike. well as for quinn i also saw him not muting watson/xcalibur/yamich

@@EliJang-dq3yf it depends on the bracket maybe; they turn off comms from players when they play on their smurf because their calls will just ruin their play, imagine someone 3k mmr lower than you keeps making calls. but now he is on his main account where people are as knowledgeable in the game as he is, he want to hear the comms to make the right play. when the match making give me divine teammates i always mute everyone and just make the calls with voice chat idc if they listen or not, but when im in my bracket i dont, since some players are as skilled or way better than me
