Range Rover Sport Inferno OFF-ROAD Challenge

/ @youcartv Speeds of 96mph, 75 per cent gradients and a 2,170 metre descent, the Range Rover Sport has conquered it all on an Alpine ski course that has been the downfall of many skiers.
The Range Rover Sport is the ultimate luxury performance SUV and the first-ever production vehicle to attempt the fearsome ski run. Piloted by renowned race and stunt driver Ben Collins (famous for his role as ‘The Stig’ on Top Gear), the all-terrain super-SUV tackled the treacherous terrain on the 14.9km downhill route at Mürren in Switzerland, completing it in 21min 36sec.
During the 2,170m descent, the Range Rover Sport followed the route used by skiers on the tough Inferno Mürren, one of the oldest and most challenging downhill races. It tackled snow, ice, loose rock, mud, broken asphalt, grass and gravel, helped by Land Rover’s pioneering Terrain Response technology.

Not enough cuts, some takes were up for more than 150ms. 2/7 just for the sound mix.

@@LakkiMarwat Many people who drive expensive cars, including range rovers, don't know how to take care of their cars. They just drive until it breaks. Cars need maintenance, take care of them and it'll take care of you.

@@JayyyCloud There are cases where even dealers can not properly fix them. You go in for a turbo problem and find out after 400km that they messed up your distribution tensioners, causing the engine to slip out of time and hit the valves. You go and report the problem and they charge you for an entire engine replacement. What can you do in that situation?

@@JayyyCloud That is not the point. What i meant to say with that example is that Land Rover has a bad reputation not only because of reliability issues, but also because of the mechanics.
I saw one clip that lasted more than three seconds.

Ben Collins is the greatest stuntman, takes big nuts to go down inferno. Well done . Remember and furious drift scene in London? Ben collins did it.

Quite challenging, this is going down hill, but I find the 2018 Dragon Challenge at TianMen China going up 99 turns and 999 steps is more thrilling, it really gets my adrenaline rushed

Nothing bothered me until he was side traversing next to the ropes. I can go straight downhill...but that looked scary as hell, and also gave maybe the most decent perspective on video of how steep this really is.

I beg to differ. BOTH are very impressive. No other car can do it...None, and I've tried a few on steep difficult mountainous terrain. There is nothing like a Range Rover (nobody is paying me). The driver is exceptionally good, he is outstanding. It's the combination of both that made this possible.
