Nice! I had a stroke when I was 47 and I lost my ability to talk, comprehend, understand, spell, read and I lost short memory. Now 4 years later I'm about 88% I've come along way, it's a pain in the butt but it can be done. As part of my speech therapy I'm playing my guitar and singing again it's not the same as it used to be but Its getting better, remembering the songs is the hard part, so prayers of strength, hope, blessings and a soaking of the Holy Ghost for Randy Travis🙏

Always loved Randy Travis. His voice is so unique unlike the newer singers who all sound alike. Hope you recover fully.

Heartbreaking to see him in that condition but hoping he gets stronger every day

I have been inspired by Randy's story and determination and I can relate I also sing and when I had lung surgery I fought back to be able to sing again. Now people who hear me do not know what I went thru till I tell them. I still sing and play guitar and compose and will continue to pray for Randy's complete recovery. All that is required of us by the Lord is to do the best we can each day with whatever we have after certain trials have come and during. Perhaps this is the best way Randy can help others by sharing his strength and trust in God.

He was also suffering from pyshciatric and substance problems. Remember when he went into some store stark naked and then wound up lying on the ground and hand to be hauled away by the cops?

Love Randy so and I'm praying God Heals Him Totally. Randy and His Wife are awesome people. Randy keep going and never give up. We are behind you and your wife.

Such contradiction, why would praying to God for complete healing work, hasn't "God " proven he's powerless to prevent a stroke, so how can he help to put it right ? It is Randy's own determination and hard work that will get him back as far as his damaged brain will allow him . Oh and the great doctors and physiotherapists, not "God".

I love his unique twang. Just dug up some old cassette tapes and it was so good to hear his voice again. Came across this video and was so glad to see him getting out there and singing again. Papa bless Randy Travis.

I am from Morocco, I am 62 years old and I have always listened to Randy Travis since 1982, really it is a legend ,Thanks and God bless you

This gives me hope bc my husband just had a stroke and it’s so hard to see this intelligent man who was a engineer crumbling down. He’s so depressed and as a wife it makes me so sad for him but I keep plugging away and I keep being his cheerleader. Music seems to be a good therapy for him.

I just come across this incredibly talented singer Randy Travis, 4 days ago today 8 November '22 and I am sad to learn he had a stroke that affected his singing. God gave him that talent to share and intertain people and I hope and pray God will continue to bless him, bring him back to his normal self so he will continue to intertain. Don Williams, and Randy Travis have always been my favorites. The way their voices make the song they sing so meaningful is very beautifully protrayed. Don Williams is gone now, but never forgotten by me. But Randy you're not and I will pray that God will heal and continue to Bless you every passing day until he calls you home. We played Forever and ever amen at my wife’s funeral. It was her favorite song. I used to sing it to her. I pray Randy Travis gets stronger and stronger.
