Mate, it is a new game having heated gloves, really is!

So I came out of the wilderness, looking like Bigfoot's poor cousin, and checked into proper accomodation for the first time in 6 days - and... there's internet TV!!! So - anyway, I saw you had a video up, and watched it as I always do. Enjoyed it as always mate, but couldn't really comment on TV... So now it's 4 days later and I can't remember what my comments would have been! 😆

Absolutely life is short and you have to make the most of it while you can, no regrets and being grateful for what we do have. Social media provides a filter through which everyone appears to be super successful, but it's always good to know that we're not alone in our struggles and that our struggles are not down to just our inadequacies, and that we have support from friends, family and a wider community. Like it or not, you're a role model and influencer. I know you're definitely a positive influence and inspiration on my own KZread journey. At points this past winter I was shopping for Kawasaki ski-jets 😂😂😂 it was depressing but let's hope spring springs soon

It's true that no-one likes hearing bad news, and life really isn't fair, but sometimes we need to hear that we are not the only ones who have hard times. Sometimes we need to know that we are not facing things alone, and sometimes it is actually braver to share the bad than hide it under a smile. There's even a chance you will feel better for sharing, and someone else will feel better for helping.

Most of us probably have these times when we reevaluate things and wonder if we should make fundamental changes in our lives. I know I do. Then I wonder if we ever really do change, or if we even can. Maybe we just are who we are. I'll let you know if I ever figure it out! 😁 Had me laughing at your snowmobile moment. As a Canadian, it's my duty to inform you that it is acceptable to call any snowmobile a "Ski Doo." 😆

Oh nice foggy mist. 2CVs are awesome. It does seem a near perfect all round road bike. Very glad you love it. Real life is quite hard, and sometimes it really sucks. I do the same as you, I try not mention it in vlogs but it's hard when it's dominating your mind eh. Most certainly not fair amigo

IT was quite mad the fog... soon lifted though thankfully and was mostly nice after 😀 I love 2CV's, no idea why... they just seem super fun cars... were so cheap in their day too... mad money now sadly. The 8S is a cracking bike, and being naked makes the performance plenty... and will do over 130 indicated mph, so no slouch at all. It does indeed mate... thankfully since I recorded this video, my friend has massively improved, still in hospital though, and still has a long recovery ahead of him, but we all have his back and will be cheering him on with every step forward he makes and supporting him when it is tough. Influencer sucks... may as well be influenza LOL, I don't know anyone that actually likes being called one... even though I know plenty of people that do have an internet voice people listen to. You do mate, or maybe you need to reappropriate one and turn it into a biker cafe... I'm trying to do that with the West Beach Cafe currently, as it is a great location for a spin on the bikes 😀 Yeah, he don't have much luck at the mo. Hope you are doing well mate?

Sometimes we just need to talk about life, weather to complete strangers or to friends and fam. Hope everything works out for your mates though. Hey that bike sounded super good going through that little tunnel. Good to see you finally got some good weather to ride in. It's funny because I had the same thing today. Started off a little gloomy and turned out beautiful, very windy, but beautiful non the less.

Aye thanks mate 🙂 Yeah, it is quite fruity... I took out the V-Strom 800 bikes the other day and getting back on the 8S which shares the same engine, I was quite shocked how loud it was compared to them. So good getting a bit of nicer weather, makes a huge difference to the riding fun 🙂

Camping trips 👍🏻 Real life talk, I disagree slightly because I think it helps people relate to you more. We all deal with our own crap (normally behind a front) so knowing we’re not alone is actually comforting. Lastly, we’ve discussed this before young man, a few shots of what you eat at all these cafes you go too please! 😂

Life is not fair indeed, but at least it's hard. / The thing about camping is, over here old folk had the rule - don't sit on the ground in the spring, before there has been the first thunderstorm. Ground is sneakily cold before and you can get annoying illnesses, when you sit down before. Like grans walking stick in your skull or similar. / When have influencers been informed? They're not informers, are they? They are influencers, and that's what they do! 😁
