I love the rg tone sweet riffin, have you looked into Quilter amps seems you can get some decent metal tones out of them but not to sure there's not much info about high gain tones on them

@@brokenlevelmusic Definitely. It’s given the Mesa Mark series a well-deserved reputation for being versatile and not even needing a boost. The Randall Warhead, V-Max and the V2 can also have their tone shaped substantially with a full 12dB shift both ways. These can really bring out the underlying potential of most amps.

I wonder how this would sound with a Maxon ST9 Pro+ in the front, with that low boost switch and the parametric boost knob, or "Mid Enhance" lol

Awesome amplifier, too expensive nowadays though.

I mean, in your opinion of the market right now, what would be too much for a reasonable person to pay for it and also expect to be able to resell it for about the same? 1K? 2K? If you’re unsure, I get it, it’s unclear to me too, lol!
