Our desperate clinging to the last shreds of our ego would be comical if it were not for the dreadful separation from self that it entails. The pickings gleaned by the ego really are so pathetically slim: I cannot help but think that the obvious lack of rewards from allowing ego, the lodger and imposter, to take up residence within our world will make it very easy for us to evict him. He is definitely wearing out his welcome.

Wonderful readings, I am so pleased to be able to meet new teachers. I have always found Ramana a little inaccessible but in this form he is much clearer.
