Ramakant Maharaj was a direct disciple of the late Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj and spent 19 years with him. From 1962, he visited Nisargadatta Maharaj and listened to his lectures regularly, until his master's Mahasamadhi in 1981.
During the last decade or so at his ashram in Nashik, Ramakant Maharaj introduced devotees from around the world to the ultimate Truth. Shri Ramakant Maharaj attained Mahasamadhi 31 August 2018

I have watched this video more times than I can remember at this point. When you say “names are yours” the profundity of your touch of humor and the wisdom is- I am certain exactly as Maharaj would have done. It makes me smile every time.

So few likes & comments after two years posted leads me to believe that Ramakant Maharaj has not yet been discovered by the masses. I just discovered him here myself, after learning Sri Nisargadatta's teachings for over a year now. I have to believe that most of the 25k views have been "re-views," to which I will be adding many, many more. What a blessed discovery indeed! My sincere thanks to you Samaneri.

It is. Being ripped from consciousness and imprisoned in the body is awful. Dream after dream we suffer. It does get old. Intellectually I know it’s wrong identification with the body, experientially there is still the belief that I am the body or mind

Transcending the body by realising the indestructible energy.the pointers help one to understand then the stairs have to be dropped to fly.

I find that if I stare at my own eyes in the mirror for more than a few minutes I start to notice that some force is looking back at me. Then I can see It is the animating force that I am. It is me. The body is not me.. Anyone who tries this will undoubtedly experience that the body is not what you are. You are the animating force looking through the eyes.
in liberation nobody awakens, the seeker simply falls away..
