Always I feel very thirsty and the doctor told me to drink 4-5 little water a day and I did. Alhamduliallah during Romadan I didn’t feel thirsty and I work 8 hours at a restaurant. Sister this last ten days of Ramadan and was the night in which the Qur'an was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Also,the last 10 days and nights hold even more significance as Allah shows great mercy to His creation.

sorry I may not be a great English speaker , but i wanna share u that .. after a long time of fasting start with a small amount of water to tell ur stomach that something is coming , then slowly ( relaxed ) drink another small amount of water and another , then take a one date and again slowly take another piece and another total 3 ,, at this time preferably go for praying as a rest and some exercise. and then u can eat what u have cooked. we usually consider Ramadan as a month for worshiping not too much food and eat . anyway , ur video is Amazing and i can see ur personality is Great. im so happy for u , its clear from ur eyes how peaceful u r . good luck and all the best .

Yes very nice and u have keep fast for and rememblance of Allah. U feel much better living empty stomach for whole day. I m also non Muslim and I keep fasting roza for full ramzan till end. I wake up at 2.45 morning done my routine job and had a meal . Then I open my roza fasting given in the card. I m happy that u have given one day in the name of Allah god bless u.

I pray to God to enter you into Paradise through the gate of Rayyan prepared for those who fast, to feed you and never to deprive you, and to drink from the Prophet’s pool, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the Day of Resurrection, and to give you water with his pure hands , Plus you are a good chef . Certainly, fasting is completely different in a country with a Muslim majority, and we have in Egypt the month of Ramadan, which has a very special character, where streets, squares and homes are decorated to welcome the holy month, and large dining tables are held in the streets to break the fast for the fasting people for free, and dates and juices are distributed to cars before sunset. . I have never experienced the feeling of fasting on your own. My whole family fasts in Ramadan, but you are never alone. Goodness!!!!!! Here in Malaysia we fast slightly 12 hrs... but for a revert like u to battle the 19 hrs is truly beyond belief!!! Coupled with the fact that u only started to fast this yr compared to us since childhood!!! U are showing an examplary figure to those newly revert !!!
