Yea, I've heard that but in 5 years I can't see anything other than the bone headed mistakes I've made to ding it.

My pleasure, it was dirty and I've always wondered what was the difference between the $5 and the $15. The wax makes it really shine. It's a 2014 4 x 4 2500. It's stock but tall with the 20" wheels but fits good. The 2014, 15, & 16's are all pretty much identical.

Yes just unscrew the top of it. I keep mine tight by hand. I don't even use a wrench.

i never understand these “lava bath” car washes, the pretty lights makes it sounds like it’s worth the “deluxe” packages, works with these crazy brushes and crap, and of course cheap “wax” from armor all being used i doubt even works, i cringed sadly

Abby Lowe I’m a detailer, I don’t normally recommend these places thats why, but then everyone is entitled to their own likes and dislikes, therefore let the guy enjoy, its just something I’ll never understand but something people can do and it’s their choice and their car

The modern express tunnel car washes are amazingly safe to use on your everyday vehicle. if you are keeping a car as a show car or collectors item, then yes i would say to stay away from these because the risk is greater than the reward. your every day driver type cars though these tunnels are designed to be safe on the cars paint, brushes hit the car in only 1 direction, the brushes are made of materials that do not hold water or debris, and the chemicals used really do an amazing job on not only cleaning the car, but also bringing out a great shine on the clear coat

$15 for a car wash seems a bit much...
