Find a local (ish) club that runs rallycross. Some regions of SCCA/NASA run them.

You already have a deep dive on the same topic from Wyatt...
My gramps used to run (before I was born) a rally where the co-drivers were from that years graduating class from the NY School for the blind, they had notes in braille.
