Phew!!! The burden of expectations on that kid! As much as I appreciate and relate to the sacrifices her parents have done, I can feel the emotional pressure on Coco to become successful. Success will never come without sacrifice, parents that see potential in their children and sacrifice to do whatever needed to be done to help her develop into who she is and diligent sacrifice to get to where she is. It would have been easier for mom to stay teaching and the father to stay at a job that was very lucrative but parenting is the most rewarding job. If parents would return to speaking life into your children, let them know that if you can envision it, you can achieve it. There is not enough to be said but parents take notes. You want crimes to cease, then start building your children, stop handing them the end process and start handing them the struggles that it takes to be whatever you dare to be. You have to be before you can become…To Coco’s parents, job well done and the sky is the limit for her, then when she becomes a parent, children teach your children and so on….

Just a very special conversation about your very talented daughter. Sacrifice,yes everything in life takes effort to perfect. The two of your are examples of parents doing the work of keeping the family whole and together as a Unit. Sharapova won Wimbledon, the most prestigious tennis elite event at 17 years old beating multi Grand Slam champion Serena Williams. That's the difference between Sharapova and the Williams sisters against Gauff. They are talented. Gauff can barely reach the third round of an elite event.

I think you don't know tennis enough. ...I've been watching and play tennis for thirty years. So I've seen many champions parading before my eyes. And Gauff will never be a Grand Slam champion.
