A wet day and a dry day produce vastly different sounds, scents, and sights. Keeping youngsters inside when it's raining limits their exposure to the world. Listening to the splash a puddle creates as someone jumps in is a source of great joy.

Join me for a walk around Cavite City's streets and alleys to witness what happens when it rains. It was a nice relief when it finally began to rain again after a lengthy period. It poured quite heavily. The day grew dark, and you will undoubtedly love watching the raindrops wash the old town streets. Watch the video and enjoy the wonderful mood created during the tour.

I love the fact that it isn't a dirty mess. It must rain there often enough to wash away the dirt and filth can't accumulate.

I used to live in the Philippines. That looks like a light rain. During the rainy season, it would pour rain for months with no end. One of the most beautiful counties on earth.

i am not sure that i can agreed you, at least partly i am sure most of the places is stinking from all garbage and most buildings seams to either undone or destroyed, perheaps it would be a nice visit but to live there ? i think it is better to visit the place by youtube or other app 🙂

Beautiful video, Jiggers TV; I enjoy watching and hearing the heavy rain. As long as it doesn't cause significant damage to people's property. I am currently sitting outside in my garden in London, under a parasol. It was around 11.30 p.m., and we were experiencing a rainstorm with strong rain. But it was nothing compared to the incredible rain in the Philippines. Thank you for filming everything outside.

In the upper class countries, nobody's in the rain. When it rains, everyone stays in. But here, you would think it was summertime! These ppl don't need much to have a good day. They may not have a lot but their community has more than what a lotta us don't, unity. Look at their faces! Look at the kids and the children running about. This is true freedom! This is what being content looks like. Not one fight, one argument, one negative person the camera catches - just pure innocence

But you have plenty of beautiful mixed races like with Chinese, whites, Europeans, Arabs , etc even in the poorer areas.. Can't say if it's tradtion, but it usually happens during first few weeks of the start of the rainy season, after a very hot summer season. The adults encourage the children to go out and play. When it rains often it won't be like this anymore, only a few would be out in the rain when they like to.

Nah, im pretty happy and im not poor. And I enjoy the quality of a warm home, health insurance, clean water, good food and an education for my children. There is this thing called a balance in life, you dont need to be poor to achieve happiness.

Geeze, Philipinos are just amazingly happy people and friendly as hell. I think the Philippines would be a better place to live than Thailand. Thai's are very nice as well, but Phillipinos seem to be in a whole different class.

I'm not sure how I'd be treated but the scenes remind me of a heaven scene as far as treatment I am not sure
