Railbike Wildlife viewing, animals encountered along the rails.
Фильм және анимация
Railbike Wildlife portrays a few of the creatures we've met on our rides. Startled and unsuspecting, they were more curious than frightened. Seldom did we have our cameras ready in time for these chance encounters. If you have not already seen “RAILBIKING IN RETIREMENT" on KZread, you are invited to do so.

The beauty of our world, the variety of beautiful creatures living by their wits in nature, exquisite piano composition, what a treat to view this morning, thank you for sharing a beautiful slice of your experiences.
You experience the best of nature and the best of music. I call it: a life fulfilled.
You should come over to germany, where you could quite a few very attracticve unused ralwaylines and tell those tourist manager, how to use them. Nice greatings from North Bavaria

좋은영상 잘 감상했어요.Touch that moment will be surprised???
Love it!
Nothing happened in the past year , so sad !
Excellent... as always Peter... I too have had many wildlife experiences while on the rails. As the self-proclaimed Tsar of Silent Cycling, it's my desire that my next railbike be perfectly silent too... no more skateboard wheels... Sure would be great to have a TIG welder.... but the MIG will have to do.
Your usual good work, Peter. (Bill)
Fitting music - just great
Some very nice photos, a few super-lucky catches! (Have to mute audio track.)
Well done
at 2:01 That's the least weasel (Mustela nivalis). A creature I regard as simply astonishing. Look him up! he'd make a great mascot.

I love to know about that rr when was it built.it look very old nice video
Hermoso ver tantos animales.
You know, when we were doing this in the 70s we kept it quiet because we didn't want anyone else to start building rail riders and screwing it up for us by riding on active tracks and getting into an accident with a train. That almost happened to us once on live tracks. Of course there was no internet at the time. Well people did see us along the way at times and eventually others copied our idea and then got into trouble on the tracks and finally word spread and law were created to keep people off the tracks everywhere in the US. So it might not be a good idea to put these videos on You Tube.

Wondering if you'd care to share images on iNaturalist citizen science observation platform or capture image sequences for (crowdsourced street-level image platform) Mapillary
