I just saw the Red Arrows fly past my window a few minutes ago. :)
I got to see the Red Arrows at Quonset Airshow in Rhode Island as he mentioned! So I saw him flying! They put on a spectacular show and I'm really thrilled I got to see them, despite the insane crowds and traffic. After their show when they "met" the public, it was like when the Beatles came to the US, the crew were treated like rock stars, it was quite the scene. They just came out to the US again since that tour, unfortunately I missed seeing them in Boston MA, but the photos were also amazing. I hope they can keep coming back to the US, it is a fantastic treat.

Nice interview ..nice timing as the Reds are on their North America Tour right now ..stunning views over greeenland of the reds and the iceflows. Lincolnshire skies are certainly missing them.

The Reds flew in Chicago this weekend.
Looks like I won't be joining the red arrows anytime soon. That's pissed in my chips a bit.

Red Arrows are nice, but Frecce Tricolori have the best program imo.

The Frecce Tricolori are a good team - top maneuver - "Bomb Crossing & Looping Entry" - (the Frecce's have a higher speed edgy display where as the "Reds" mostly focus on low speed formation passes)

Agree. I love the piercing heart where they split formation during loop.
