You could actually look at these vlogs to follow the cancer journey alone but what makes people stay and repeat watch them is the fact that Emily... (and Aisha ) was such an infinitely beautiful person.... really top class in every way. I try to limit my time looking at them simply because they usually end up having me in tears over the loss of her. I can't stop though because she inspires me so much I can't stay away.

Binge watching all the vlogs and realised that this one being dated 26th April is 2 months before our gorgeous Emily died. So gutted, but eternally grateful that she was still so active and didn't lie in hospital for her last few months on earth. She got to live and enjoy a relatively normal and happy life right up to a few days before 26th June. Sad day, but now she is free and will always be in our hearts xxx

You couldn't really tell she was sick 😢. She was so full of life. And just like that you're gone.💔😞😢.

To top that off, she was kind, positive, inspiring, funny, smart and charismatic. So much to offer in this life and it was all taken away :'( But you live on, Em, through all of these videos. Thank you for these videos. I feel like I'm looking at pieces of my ideal self, sitting over here in the US, in the desert, on my back porch feeling like shit with my own "schtuffs" going on, a 40 something autistic single mom fighting a few things going on in my head, to put it lightly. I'm watching you LIVE. Actually, full definition as a functioning human, live in and through this life. It almost feels belittling to say it's inspiring as Idunno, doesn't seem broad enough and far too clichéd. I've never witnessed such a person in my journey and it's AMAZING to see that you exist. There are plenty of people that are pumped and "high on life", living "right" and seeing all the beauty that surrounds them. Even getting through their struggles. But there's an element of inclusiveness that you bring. I feel that honest give a shit you've got for people and for the things that truly matter on this journey. I see you indulging and then sharing in it, giving it out through your videos and it's the reason I watch you. You make these things real and human. I really hope I can find my footing soon and take the first step and achieve some of these amazing things I witness in you and have dreamt about for forever. It's as though everybody has a diagnosis/es in this life one way or another but instead of yours stopping you...I mean, just look at you. Thank you for your selflessness in putting out these vlogs. Thank you for that energy. I feel less than humble taking what I can from them, feeling like I'm not giving or have given anything to earn it but I truly hope to someday. Thank you again and again.

Emily passed away two months later - heartbreaking !

Many years ago, I had a brain tumor and after surgery they had me on steroids for months and all I wanted to do was eat!! I gained a lot of weight, but I worked it off later. When my hair started to grow back in, it felt prickly - it was so weird! But I will say that in the summer heat, it was almost refreshing to not have all of that hot hair on my head and neck. Anyway, you look amazing and your wonderful spirit really shines through. Keep on fighting, girl!!
